摘要： A packet transfer scheme in a network system capable of realizing a high speed, large capacity inter-network communication under an internet environment. A network interconnection apparatus (router) has a memory for storing a correspondence relationship between a virtual connection used in receiving a packet from one logical network and a virtual connection used in transmitting a packet to another logical network, and a transfer at a datalink layer is carried out according to the registered correspondence relationship, to effectively form a bypass pipe capable of transferring a packet by an datalink layer level processing alone over a plurality of networks from the transmission terminal to the destination terminal, so that a high speed packet transfer between networks can be realized.

摘要： The present invention relates to an inverter driven lamp arrangement. The arrangement provides for the sensing of both lamp voltage and current. The arrangement also provides for a large current during times of low voltage and a small current during times of high voltage. The sensing of lamp current is done by a current detector that is connected to a resonance circuit whose output is applied in signal form to a lamp start control circuit. The resonant circuit is a series connected resonant circuit composed of a choke coil and a first capacitor. This series connected arrangement is further connected in series with a second non-resonant capacitor. Also the arrangement includes circuitry to gradually reduce the frequency of the inverter just after the lamp starts.

摘要： A developing device and a toner supply device for a color copier and others. A toner supply conduit adapted to transport fresh toner from the toner supply device is disposed in a developer chamber of the developing device. The wall of the toner supply conduit is perforated to form inlet openings and outlet openings for a developer which is stored in the developer chamber and contains toner and carrier. The inlet openings of the conduit are located in the vicinity of a predetermined position where the developer is to be separated from a developer conveying member. Provided in the toner supply conduit is a transport member for mixing and transporting the fresh toner and the developer which is introduced through the inlet openings. At least a part of the transport member is made of a magnetic material, and at least a part of the magnetic part is situated within the reach of a magnetic force of a magnet which forms a part of the developer conveying member. The toner supply device comrises a toner tank, and a feed member for feeding the fresh toner out of the toner tank. The frequency of operation of at least one of the toner feed member and other operable members which are associated with the toner feed member is counted. The end of toner is displayed when the frequency counted reaches a predetermined one representative of a decrease of toner in the toner tank to zero or to below a predetermined amount.
