    Abstract: A user equipment (UE) configured for operation in a sixth generation (6G) network may perform a random access channel (RACH) procedure with a generation node B (gNB). The UE may encode a physical random access channel (PRACH) preamble for transmission in a PRACH occasion (RO) For carrier frequencies above 52.6 GHz, the UE may determine a Radio Network Temporary Identifier (RNTI) (i.e., either a RA-RNTI or a MsgB-RNTI) based on an index of the PRACH occasion RO index. The UE may also decode a response from the gNB that includes the RNTI. The UE may determine the RNTI based on the RO index in a time domain and the RO index in a frequency domain.

    Abstract: A user equipment (UE) may generate first HARQ-ACK information bits based on a first PDSCH and second HARQ-ACK information bits based on a second PDSCH. The UE may determine a first slot for an expected PUCCH transmission with the first HARQ-ACK information bits. When the UE is configured for deferring HARQ-ACK for the first PDSCH and when the first slot is unavailable for the expected PUCCH transmission, the UE may determine an earliest second slot that is available. The UE may also determine a third slot for an expected PUCCH transmission with the second HARQ-ACK information bits assigned for the second PDSCH. The resource assigned for transmission of the first HARQ-ACK information bits is used to verify the order for the first and second HARQ-ACK transmissions regardless of whether the first slot is unavailable and the second earliest slot is used for transmission of the first HARQ-ACK information bits.

    Abstract: A user equipment (UE) configured for operation in a fifth-generation new radio (NR) system may decode higher-layer signalling comprising configuration information received from a gNodeB (gNB) that configures the UE with search space (SS) sets for multi-slot physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) monitoring. At least some slots of the SS sets may be indicated to have a PDCCH monitoring occasion (MO) and each SS set may be configured in a number (Y) of consecutive slots (MO slots) within slot groups of a slot group size that comprises of a number (X) of consecutive slots. The UE may perform multi-slot PDCCH monitoring by monitoring the MO slots for PDCCH candidates and non-overlapping control channel elements (CCEs).     Abstract: A computer-readable storage medium stores instructions to configure a UE for operation in a 5G NR and beyond wireless network and to cause the UE to perform operations. The operations include encoding a data bitstream to generate a plurality of code blocks. Code block interleaving of a subset of code blocks of the plurality of code blocks is performed to generate an interleaved bitstream. The interleaved bitstream is modulated using a discrete Fourier transform-spread-orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (DFT-s-OFDM) to generate multiple sets of time-domain samples. The operations further include causing transmission of the multiple sets of time-domain samples.
