    Abstract: According to one embodiment, a touch panel display device includes sensor electrodes, an electrode driver, and lines for connection between the electrode driver and the sensor electrodes. The sensor electrodes include first and second electrodes. The lines include first and second lines connected to the first and second electrodes. The second line includes first portions drawn in a direction opposite to terminals of the electrode driver, and a second portion drawn in a direction to the terminals. The first portions are connected to one another via a coupling line.

    Abstract: According to an aspect, a display device with a sensor includes: a first substrate; detection electrodes arrayed in a matrix in a first direction and a second direction intersecting the first direction above the first substrate; sensor wires coupled to one of the detection electrodes; pixels each including sub-pixels and arrayed in a matrix in the first and second directions; scanning lines scanning switching elements of the sub-pixels and extending in the first direction; and signal lines coupled to the switching elements and extending in the second direction. One of the sensor wires overlaps one of the signal lines. The sensor wires each have, at a part thereof, a coupling part coupled to the corresponding detection electrode. The pixels include a first pixel with the coupling part and a second pixel without the coupling part. The first and second pixels are alternately disposed in the first and second directions.

    Abstract: A display device includes, on an insulating substrate, a plurality of scanning lines, a plurality of signal lines, a plurality of sub-pixel regions each surrounded by a pair of scanning lines and a pair of signal lines, a plurality of semiconductor layers in the sub-pixel regions, and a base electrode connected to one end of the semiconductor layer. The other end of the same is connected to one of the pair of signal lines. When it is assumed that a signal connected to the semiconductor layer is a first signal line while a signal line not connected to the semiconductor layer is a second signal line in each sub-pixel region, a distance between the first signal line and the semiconductor layer is larger than a distance between the second signal line and the semiconductor layer at a connecting position between the semiconductor layer and the base electrode in plan view.

    Abstract: Provided is a display device capable of improving the display quality by suppressing the influence of a difference in hold voltage in a pixel circuit occurring between forward scanning driving and backward scanning driving. The display device includes: a data signal line; a plurality of pixel circuits; a plurality of gats signal lines; a gate signal line driving circuit for performing any one of forward scanning driving and backward scanning driving and performs gate overlapping driving; a data signal line driving circuit; and a reference voltage line driving circuit for supplying a reference voltage. The reference voltage line driving circuit selects and supplies a reference voltage for forward direction and a reference voltage for reverse direction, during the forward scanning driving and the backward scanning driving, respectively.
