    Abstract: An LED module includes a first electrode and a second electrode disposed on the substrate, an LED chip disposed on the first electrode and the second electrode, and a first bump between the LED chip and the first electrode, and a second bump between the LED chip and the second electrode. The LED chip includes a cathode electrode facing the first electrode, an anode electrode facing the second electrode, and a step portion between the cathode electrode and the anode electrode, a distance between the first electrode and the cathode electrode is larger than a distance between the second electrode and the anode electrode, and the first bump is disposed to embed the step portion.

    Abstract: According to an aspect, a display device with a sensor includes: a first substrate; detection electrodes arrayed in a matrix in a first direction and a second direction intersecting the first direction above the first substrate; sensor wires coupled to one of the detection electrodes; pixels each including sub-pixels and arrayed in a matrix in the first and second directions; scanning lines scanning switching elements of the sub-pixels and extending in the first direction; and signal lines coupled to the switching elements and extending in the second direction. One of the sensor wires overlaps one of the signal lines. The sensor wires each have, at a part thereof, a coupling part coupled to the corresponding detection electrode. The pixels include a first pixel with the coupling part and a second pixel without the coupling part. The first and second pixels are alternately disposed in the first and second directions.

    Abstract: A second substrate has detection electrodes of a touch panel, each of pixels has a pixel electrode and a counter electrode, the counter electrode is divided into a plurality of blocks, the counter electrodes of the respective divided blocks are commonly provided for the respective pixels of the plurality of display lines in series, and the counter electrodes also serve as scanning electrodes of the touch panel, and a counter electrode selector circuit that selects the counter electrodes. The counter electrode selector circuit includes an address decoder circuit that selects the counter electrodes of the respective blocks for a given period, and a selector circuit that applies a touch panel scanning voltage to the counter electrode of the block selected by the address decoder circuit, and applies a counter voltage to the counter electrodes of the blocks not selected by the address decoder circuit.

    Abstract: A display device includes lead lines that extend from a display area, and electrically connect video signal lines or scanning signal lines within a display area, and a driver circuit or a terminal portion that receives an output from the driver circuit; an insulating film that is formed in an upper layer of the lead lines and covers the lead lines; and a conductive film that is formed in an upper layer of the insulating film. The lead lines include a plurality of first lead lines that start from the driver circuit or the terminal portion, and arrive at the scanning signal lines or the video signal lines, and a plurality of second lead lines that are smaller in wiring resistance than the first lead lines. At least the first lead lines overlap with the conductive film through the insulating film.
