Abstract:
A method for formation of a carbon-based field effect transistor (FET) includes depositing a first dielectric layer on a carbon layer located on a substrate; forming a gate electrode on the first dielectric layer; etching an exposed portion of the first dielectric layer to expose a portion of the carbon layer; depositing a second dielectric layer over the gate electrode to form a spacer, wherein the second dielectric layer is deposited by atomic layer deposition (ALD), and wherein the second dielectric layer does not form on the exposed portion of the carbon layer; forming source and drain contacts on the carbon layer and forming a gate contact on the gate electrode to form the carbon-based FET.
Abstract:
A network entity located in a first network using a first protocol, the network entity supporting at least the first protocol of the first network and a second protocol of a second network. The network entity comprises a receiving unit for receiving data packets according to the first or second protocol, a mapping table for storing addresses according to the first and second protocols, an address determination unit for determining a destination address for a received packet from the mapping table, and a routing unit for routing the received packet in accordance with the determined destination address.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to the inclusion complexes of butylphthalide, which is D, L-mixed or levorotatory, with cyclodextrin or cyclodextrin derivatives, to a process for their preparation and the use thereof. In the invention, the butylphthalide is complexed with cyclodextrin or cyclodextrin derivatives, preferably with hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin in order to increase the water-solubility of butylphthalide, develop clinical solid or liquid formulations and improve the therapeutic effect of butylphthalide. The inclusion complex, in which the molar ratio of butylphthalide to cyclodextrin or cyclodextrin derivatives is in the range of 1:1-10, can be used to prepare infusion, injection, injectable powder, liquids for oral administration, syrup, tablets, granules, dispersible tablets and others.
Abstract:
A sieve support structure including an elongate first rail, an elongate second rail, and rigid elongate compression members pivotally connected to and extending between the first and second rails at longitudinally spaced locations therealong, wherein the rails and the compression members form a rail assembly having a predetermined shape bounding a correspondingly shaped space, the rail assembly being configured for supporting a sieve of a cleaning system in at least substantially covering relation to the space, the structure including elongate tension members extending generally diagonally through the space and having opposite end portions connected to the first and second rails and being tensioned so as to simultaneously urge the rails against the compression members so as to apply a compression force thereagainst for retaining the rail assembly in the predetermined shape in opposition to forces urging the assembly from the shape.
Abstract:
The present invention provides an electric locking device which has a simple structure, with which an operating time can be saved, and which has a sufficient clamping force required for operation. To a camshaft coupled to an electric motor through a speed reducing mechanism, a first cam and a second cam conjugate with each other are coupled. The first cam drives an arm driving rod in a clamping direction and the second cam drives the arm driving rod in a returning direction. Rotational motions of the first and second cams are converted into linear motions in the same direction by first and second cam contacting members supported by the arm driving rod. The arm driving rod drives a clamping arm to cause the arm to carry out a clamping operation. A cam face is such a cam face as to move the clamping arm at a high speed until the arm reaches a vicinity of an end and to move the arm at a lower speed after the arm has reached the vicinity of the end.
