摘要: The bidirectional transmission to write or read out data is executed between a read/write unit and a memory module by the contactless electromagnetic coupling using induction coils. A spread spectrum communication technique is used in at least the up transmission to transmit data from the memory module to the read/write unit in the bidirectional transmission. Two kinds of chirp waves or M series having little correlation are used in the spread spectrum communication. For instance, in the case of using the chirp waves, on the transmission side, two kinds of chirp waves having little correlation are prepared and either one of the chirp waves is transmitted in correspondence with the data bit 0 or 1. On the reception side, the correlation between the reception signal and each of the reference values of the two kinds of chirp waves which have previously been stored is calculated and the data bits 0 and 1 are demodulated on the basis of the result of the calculation. Further, a frequency code signal including a combination of a preamble, a terminator, data, and a terminator is used in the down transmission from the read/write unit to the memory module.

摘要: A control load such as a cylinder or the like is driven at a constant speed by controlling the flow rate of a variable delivery pump. The control mode is switched to the pressure control to keep the stop pressure constant on the basis of an increase in pressure when the control load stops. A remaining delivery amount which will be necessary to raise the delivery pressure to an object stop pressure when the load stops and an excess delivery volume due to the operation time lag when it is assumed that the delivery by the pump is stopped at the present time are predicted. When they coincide, the delivery amount of the pump is set to zero and the control mode is switched to the pressure control. On the other hand, the product of a load volume and a fluid compressibility is calculated from the increase in pressure when the load stops. The feedback gain of the pressure control is controlled on the basis of the calculated value of this product. Further, the pressure difference and the designated flow rate are compared and either smaller one of them is always set to the designated value of the flow control.

摘要: A tool holder is enclosed in a rack which is moved by a belt for automatic tool exchange. A stopper member provided for the rack is fitted into a positioning groove formed in a flange portion of the tool holder, thereby preventing the rotation of the holder. A magnetic induction coupling apparatus is buried in the bottom of the tool holder positioning groove. A magnetic induction coupling apparatus of a reader/writer disposed at the external position is arranged so as to face the magnetic induction coupling apparatus of the tool holder. Information is written into or read out of a memory module attached in the tool holder by way of the magnetic induction coupling between both of those coupling apparatuses. The stopper member of the rack is arranged between the magnetic induction coupling apparatus of the tool holder and the magnetic induction coupling apparatus of the reader/writer and has a magnetic material to magnetically couple these coupling apparatuses.

摘要: A plurality of terminal units are connected to the central unit by one optical fiber line in a loop form, thereby forming a communication link. The central unit converts the data including the terminal address and control bit into the serial optical signal and outputs this optical signal. The terminal unit receives and interpretes the optical signal from the central unit and ON/OFF controls the solenoid valve. After completion of the control, the terminal unit rewrites the control bit in the reception data to the data bit indicative of the operating state of the valve and transmits the data bit to the next terminal unit. The central unit receives the signal from the final terminal unit and interprets the bit data which was rewritten from the control bit by the terminal unit, thereby displaying the operating state of the valve.

摘要: A frequency divided pulse is produced by frequency dividing a clock signal by speed instruction data. When the current position of the pulse motor has not yet reached a set desired position, a frequency divided pulse is outputted as a forward rotation control pulse. When the current position has exceeded said set position, a frequency divided pulse is outputted as a reverse rotation control pulse. If the set desired position is changed while the pulse motor is rotating, this change of setting is detected and the output of the frequency divided pulse is inhibited for a predetermined settling period of time, thereby stopping the pulse motor. After the vibration of the rotor which occurs during the stepping of the pulse motor is settled, the reverse rotation of the pulse motor can be started, thereby preventing the occurrence of the step-out phenomenon of the pulse motor upon reverse rotation.

摘要: A hole for inserting a binding band is arranged through a gutter shape electric wire passing guide. A widening width guide groove for guiding the binding band is arranged at an inner surface of the electric wire passing guide so as to expand its width gradually from the hole toward an opening end of one sidewall of the electric wire passing guide. In condition that a plurality of electric wires is inserted in the electric wire passing guide, a tip end of the binding band is inserted from the guide groove into the hole. One side surface of the guide groove is curved convexly toward the projecting top between the hole and the opening end. The one side surface of the guide groove is inclined toward the projecting top between a bottom surface of the guide groove and the inner surface of the electric wire passing guide.

Even if water infiltrates, the water infiltrates into the dead end 33b to let the momentum thereof reduce. Further, the water infiltrates into the dead end 35a let the momentum thereof reduce. The water its momentum have been reduced falls. Consequently, it is effective for enhancing waterproof performance to include the dead end 35a.
