摘要： Provided is a disintegrable or non-disintegrable oral flavor delivery product. The product includes a disintegrable or non-disintegrable chewable pouch with a plurality of perforations. The pouch encloses a non-tobacco flavor product that can be in a gel, semi-liquid, and/or liquid form. A user chews, sucks, and/or manipulates the pouch to cause the enclosed flavor product to leach out of the perforations into the user's mouth.

摘要： Encapsulated catalyst particles can be incorporated in tobacco cut filler and/or cigarette paper used to form a cigarette. The encapsulated catalyst particles, which can decrease carbon monoxide and/or nitric oxide in mainstream tobacco smoke, comprise catalyst particles that are encapsulated with a volatile coating. During the smoking of a cigarette comprising the encapsulated catalyst particles, the volatile coating is volatilized to expose an active surface of the catalyst particles.

摘要： A smoking article having a tobacco rod of a smokable material and a filter system attached to the tobacco rod of smokable material. The filter system includes a first filter portion and a second filter portion, the second filter portion concentrically positioned with respect to the first filter portion and having a lower resistance to draw than the first filter portion during an initial puff on the smoking article. The second filter portion closes upon contact with the mainstream smoke of the initial puff, such that after the initial puff, the first filter portion has the lower resistance to draw.

摘要： A method of heating an article with microwave energy is described in which a thin layer of highly microwave absorbent powdered material is provided around at least a portion of a container made of microwave transparent material. The article to be heated is placed at a position within the container where the article is adjacent the thin layer of highly microwave absorbent powdered material, and microwave energy is applied to the container.
