摘要： When an instruction to execute an image processing from a user is accepted through an operation panel, a control section temporarily stores image data read from an original or externally received image data in an HDD, and then, outputs processing information related to the image processing based on the accepted execution instruction and the image data stored in the HDD from a communication section to a server apparatus as historical data. When an obtaining completion signal representative of the completion of obtaining of the historical data is obtained from the server apparatus through the communication section, the control section performs the image processing on the image data stored in the HDD according to the accepted execution instruction. Then, the control section erases the image data subjected to the processing from the HDD.

摘要： When an image processing apparatus outputs an image to a display apparatus, the image processing apparatus confirms display conditions on the designated display apparatus. After the confirmation, the image processing apparatus reads an image of a document according to the display conditions. The image to be outputted is a different image from an original image, i.e., the image to be outputted is restricted. The image processing apparatus transmits the restricted image to the display apparatus. The display apparatus displays the restricted image differing from the original image. By restricting the image to be displayed depending on the display apparatus, the security can be improved and leakage of confidential information can be prevented.

The image processing apparatus sends image data having added specific information to a management server, and the management server stores inputted image data. The management server adds information concerning the own apparatus to image data as specific information, and sends the image data to the image processing apparatus. The image processing apparatus adds information concerning the own apparatus to image data as specific information, and prints the image data. The added specific information includes information concerning the image processing apparatus and management server which have treated the image data.
