    摘要： An image processing device determines, based on an IP address received from an external device, whether any processing according to information received from the external device should be performed or not. A path of communication with the external device is examined from a network address. When the external device that is a transmission source of information is an external device outside a predetermined range, specifically, for example, when the external device is an external device connected to a communication network that is further external to the communication network connected to the image processing device, the image processing device inhibits any processing that follows an image data processing command received from the external device. The image processing device also inhibits any processing that follows a command of adjusting the image processing device which command is received from outside the predetermined range.

The image processing device includes image data inputting means for inputting image data; image data storing means for storing the image data inputted by the image data inputting means; image data processing (outputting) means for processing (outputting) the image data stored in the image data storing means; image data invalidating (deleting) means for performing invalidation (deletion) of the image data stored in the image data storing means; directing means for directing cutoff of the invalidation performed by the image data invalidating means; and permitting means for permitting the cutoff of the invalidation directed by the directing means.

When the digital multifunctional device 1 is to be replaced or discarded, the image data destruction means destructs the image data stored in the auxiliary memory 7b. When the stored image data is destructed by the image data destruction means, the operation restriction means restricts the subsequent image data processing operation and notifies the completion of destruction to a specified administrator.

    摘要： A lighting device includes a plurality of self-luminous elements formed on a substrate and emitting different wavelengths of light from each other, a hemispherical lens structure formed on the substrate to cover the self-luminous elements, and a plurality of translucent spherical particles covering a surface of the lens structure. Light emitted from the self-luminous elements passes through the lens structure and enters the translucent spherical particles where its direction is largely inclined to scatter due to a difference in refractive index between the translucent spherical particles and air. Consequently, different wavelengths of light from the self-luminous elements are mixed to produce a desired color of light.
