    Abstract: The present invention provides methods for controlling transmission of a sounding reference signal (SRS) in a wireless access system supporting machine type communication (MTC) and devices for supporting same. A method for controlling transmission of an SRS by an MTC terminal in a wireless access system supporting MTC, according to an embodiment of the present invention, can comprise the steps of: receiving an upper layer signal comprising information about an SRS which is to be repeatedly transmitted; configuring the SRS on the basis of the information about the SRS; and transmitting the SRS by means of a subband to which a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) is allocated and which is being frequency hopped. The subband comprises six physical resource blocks (PRB), and the SRS can be sequentially transmitted to the subband being frequency hopped.

    Abstract: A method for transmitting signals using polar coding to a second device by means of a first device according to the present disclosure may include: a step for encoding a first bit sequence of length K which includes a first information block, a second information block, a first cyclic redundancy check (CRC) for the first information block, and a second CRC for the second information block, on the basis of a polar code of size N; a step for transmitting a first signal on the basis of the encoded first bit sequence; a step for receiving first hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgement/negative-acknowledgement (HARQ ACK/NACK) information for the first bit sequence; a step for dividing the second information block into a first sub information block and a second sub information block and generating a third CRC for the first sub information block, on the basis of the first HARQ ACK/NACK information including information indicating failure of the transmission of the second information block; a step for encoding a second bit sequence of length L including the third CRC, on the basis of the polar code; and a step for transmitting a second signal on the basis of the encoded second bit sequence.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a method by which a terminal reports channel quality information (CQI) to a base station in a multi-antenna-based wireless communication system. Particularly, the method comprises the steps of: receiving, through an upper layer, the reference signal configuration defined by P number of antenna ports; receiving, through M number of antenna ports, reference signals from the base station; grouping the P number of antenna ports into antenna port groups formed of the M number of antenna ports; calculating CQIs by using the reference signal corresponding to each of the antenna port groups on the basis of the assumption that predefined precoders are applied to the reference signals; and reporting, to the base station, N number of CQIs among the calculated CQIs.
