摘要： A coloring composition for image formation comprising an azo dye having an aromatic nitrogen-containing 6-membered heterocyclic ring as a coupling component, a coloring composition which comprises an azo compound having an oxidation potential nobler than 1.0 V vs. SCE and comprising at least two substituents having a pKa value of −10 to 5 in water, and a method for improving ozone resistance of a color image, the method comprising using a compound having an oxidation potential nobler than 1.0 V vs. SCE and showing a maximum absorption at a wavelength between 500 nm and 580 nm with a half-value width of 150 nm or narrower.

摘要： To provide an ink composition that when printed using a nozzle, does not cause clogging at the chip of the nozzle, is free from paper dependency, and when printed on an arbitrarily chosen paper, exhibits superior properties in water resistance, scratch resistance, lightfastness and ozone resistance and an inkjet recording method using it. The ink composition contains colored fine particles containing an oil-soluble polymer and an oil-soluble dye having an oxidation potential higher than 1.0 V (vs SCE), in an aqueous medium.
