    摘要: A method for generating control data for an eye-surgical treatment device, which separates tissue layers in the eye cornea by application of a laser device, wherein a contact glass having a contact surface deforms the cornea to conform to the shape of the contact surface during the operation of the laser device. The contact surface is first placed on a cornea apex at a contact surface apex and is then pressed against the same for deforming the cornea. The method includes: generating the control data of the laser device such that the data specifies coordinates of target points located in the cornea for the laser device, and upon generation of the target point coordinates the deformation of the cornea which is present during the operation of the laser device as a result of the contact glass is taken into consideration. The invention provides that the several steps are carried out in consideration of the deformation in order to determine a displacement of a point P in the undeformed cornea caused by the deformation.

    摘要: A method of providing optometric parameters for an optometric procedure includes locating patient identification information on a central data storage by transmitting a search query from a computing device communicating with the central data storage. The search query generates a result set containing at least one patient having patient identification information substantially matching the search query. From the result set, a patient undergoing the optometric procedure is selected. An input form for this patient is then displayed with input fields corresponding to each of the optometric parameters. A qualified collector obtains the measurement values for the optometric parameters and inputs them into respective input fields. A data record containing the measurement values and the patient identification information is generated and transmitted to the central data storage. The data record can then be transmitted to a planning tool communicating with the central data storage for performing the optometric procedure.

    摘要: An ophthalmic apparatus including a supporting device for a patient and an eye treatment device. The apparatus includes a contact element for spatially fixing an eye of the patient with respect to the treatment device, and a positioning device for shifting the supporting device and a contact element relative to each other in order to position the eye, before it is fixed using the contact element, at a predetermined nominal position relative to the contact elements. The ophthalmic apparatus includes a detection device, which records an image of the eye of the patient present on the supporting device and, on the basis of said recorded image, determines an indication concerning a relative shift of the supporting device with respect to the contact element, which shift is required to move the eye to the nominal position by means of the positioning device.

    摘要: An ophthalmologic laser system and an operating method. The laser system includes a laser, a scanner unit, a focusing lens and a beam splitter that directs radiation that reaches the beam splitter from the direction of the area of examination through a confocal aperture orifice onto a detector. The invention also includes a control unit with which a cornea arranged in the examination area can be irradiated by the laser at illumination laser power and detection light can be registered by the detector. The cornea is scanned in three dimensions, in that the cornea is irradiated at multiple points and detection light is registered from there. Based on the detection light, a laser cut in the cornea is identified and the form and/or position of the laser cut calculated. The invention further relates to refractive laser surgery.

    摘要: A method of preparing an apparatus for material processing by generating optical breakthroughs in an object. The apparatus includes a variable focus adjustment device. A contact element is mounted to the apparatus, the contact element has a curved contact surface having a previously known shape. The position of the contact surface is determined prior to processing the object, by focusing measurement laser radiation near or on the surface by the variable focus adjustment device, and the focus position is adjusted in a measurement surface intersecting the expected position of the contact surface. Radiation from the focus of the measurement laser radiation is confocally detected. The position of points of intersection between the measurement surface and the contact surface is determined from the confocally detected radiation to determine the position of the contact surface from the position of the points of intersection and the previously known shape of the contact surface.

    摘要: A method of providing optometric parameters for an optometric procedure includes locating patient identification information on a central data storage by transmitting a search query from a computing device communicating with the central data storage. The search query generates a result set containing at least one patient having patient identification information substantially matching the search query. From the result set, a patient undergoing the optometric procedure is selected. An input form for this patient is then displayed with input fields corresponding to each of the optometric parameters. A qualified collector obtains the measurement values for the optometric parameters and inputs them into respective input fields. A data record containing the measurement values and the patient identification information is generated and transmitted to the central data storage. The data record can then be transmitted to a planning tool communicating with the central data storage for performing the optometric procedure.
