摘要: Providing product information to a consumer based on the likelihood the consumer will purchase the product. In one embodiment, a method recognizes a consumer. A data scoring algorithm is applied to sale products based on the shopping history of the consumer. The scoring algorithm is adapted to determine the likelihood of the consumer to purchase the sale items and display select sale products based on the data scoring algorithm.

摘要: An improved meter and its operation is described. The meter can be a part of a larger automated meter reading process that allows for remote reading of the meter though power line communication. Using a microcomputer core, the meter processes incoming analog data and can calculate several relevant data values need by utility providers. The meter can also be used to monitor and detect tampering dry connect/voltage free devices, such as gas and water meters, connected to the meter.

摘要: A method for dynamically compensating for signal loss and dispersion in an optical signal traversing though an optical network. The method includes providing a dynamic gain equalization filter (DGEQ) having a dynamically adjustable transfer function, and providing a first optical amplifier and a second optical amplifier interconnected by the DGEQ to form a dynamic amplifier site in the optical network. The method further includes controlling spectral power profile of the optical signal at an output of the dynamic amplifier site by dynamically adjusting a transfer function associated with the DGEQ.

摘要: Described is a content server for providing application unification for public network websites and applications. In this application the content server is a security platform that provides protection to an Internet publisher from third-party threats, protects from unauthorized data harvesting, and ensures enforcement for compliance requirements. No matter where end-users visit on Internet websites or cloud applications, the content server has security technology that ensures that all third-party applications are identified and enforce specific privacy, compliance and security requirements of the publisher. In general, the content server transparently identifies all third-party applications associated with a website or application. Each third-party is evaluated against multiple criteria to determine: what data is retrieved; their security posture/reputation; where data is transmitted (i.e., geo-location data); and additional third-party redirects. The content server provides high-speed processing of traffic between application/website visitors (i.e., end-users) and third-party application providers, with the ability to apply policies and rewrite data on the fly so as to apply multiple protection schemes. Each session is processed independently, and transparently to the end-user, ensuring the experience is unchanged from the expected application/website behavior.

摘要: Various methods, systems, and computer program products for deferring transmission of data related to collapsing a collapsible display panel are presented. The collapsible display panel may be collapsed. State data that indicates the collapsible display panel has been collapsed may be generated. A determination that no non-state change data corresponding to the collapsible display panel needs to be transferred to a server may be made. In response, the state data may be stored at least until non-state data is to be transmitted to the server. At some time after storing the state data, non-state data that is to be transmitted to the server may be identified. In response to identifying the non-state data that is to be transmitted to the server, the state data and the non-state data may be transmitted to the server together.

摘要: An ultrasonic diagnostic imaging system has a two dimensional array arranged in multiple patches of multiple transducer elements. Each patch of transducer elements is coupled to a group of microbeamformer delay lines having outputs coupled to a channel of a system beamformer, which beamforms the partially summed beams of each patch into a final beamformed signal. The outputs from multiple patches which are not simultaneously used in the active receive aperture are coupled to a common beamformer channel, enabling the number of patches of the array to exceed the number of channels of the system beamformer without the use of multiplexers.
