摘要: The present invention provides a gradually soluble coating film to be applied to instruments for waterworks. In a conventional polyvinyl alcohol solution not containing metal salt, there is formed a coating film in which polyvinyl alcohol molecules are piled up as shown in FIG. 2(a). In such coating film, water contacting with a surface thereof penetrates rapidly to the interface between the coating film and a base material, so that when water flows away, the coating film flows out and vanishes completely. On the other hand, in a coating film of the present invention, there are formed polyvinyl alcohol inclusion metal hydroxide clusters derived from the kind of metal in the solution as shown in FIG. 2(b). Although polyvinyl alcohol is dissolved or swollen to allow water to penetrate therein when water contacts with the coating film surface, the penetration speed of water in the direction of film thickness is controlled since the metal hydroxide clusters exist in the film. Therefore, when water flows away, only the film in a water penetrated portion in the vicinity of the coating film surface flows and the entire coating film does not vanish at one time.

摘要: An automotive seat of the type allowing a child seat to be mounted thereon and including a center back portion, wherein a shape-retaining/locking element is provided to a lower region of the center back portion. The shape-retaining/locking element includes a rigid hollow support body; a cut-away portion defined in the support body; a female engagement element to which the child seat is lockably engaged, the female engagement element being exposed outwardly in such cut-away portion; and a cover element for covering the hollow support body and cut-away portion. The cover element includes a layer of hard synthetic resin material with a certain elasticity, such that it normally tends to retain its original shape generally conforming to a forwardly facing surface portion hollow support body. One end of the cover element may be releasably connected to the lower region of the hollow support body.

摘要: A sensor body is interposed between a leg bracket and a lower rail and detects a seat load. A plate member of the sensor body is a unit including a circular strain element having an axial line in the vertical direction and a substrate extending radially from the strain element. An outer circumferential support member is attached to the leg bracket to hold the outer circumferential edge of the strain element. An inner circumferential support member is attached to the lower rail to hold the inner circumferential edge of the strain element. The strain element includes a strain gauge configured to output a signal in accordance with the load in the axial direction of the strain element on the basis of the distortion between the outer and inner circumferences. The substrate includes an electric circuit electrically connected the strain gauge and configured to process the output signal from strain gauge.

摘要: The image printing system is capable of properly defining amount of ink without adjusting ink clearance. The image printing system includes an offset printing machine, in which proper amount of ink is supplied to a plate drum via an ink fountain roller on the basis of image data. A memory stores the image data of an original image and an ink amount table, in which rotational speed data of the ink fountain roller correspond to rate of area of picture in the original image. A control unit calculates the rate of area of picture on the basis of the image data, reads the rotational speed of the ink fountain roller from the ink amount table on the basis of the rate of area of the picture, corrects the rotational speed so as to define proper control data for rotating the ink fountain roller, and sends the proper control data to the offset printing machine so as to control the amount of ink to be supplied to the plate drum.
