摘要: A thin-film electroluminescent display is disclosed, comprising a thin-film display element. The thin-film display element comprises a common layer comprising common electrodes, a segment layer comprising segment electrodes, and a luminescent layer arranged to produce visible light when a voltage over a threshold voltage is arranged between the common electrodes and the overlapping segment electrodes. The display comprises further a common driver comprising common connections, each of the common connections connected to one of the common electrodes. Each of the common connections comprises a voltage limiter arranged to limit voltage of the one or more undriven common electrodes to a voltage which may vary within a limited voltage range. A related method is also disclosed.

摘要: A display module substrate and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The display module substrate includes a substrate body and a plurality of signal circuits. The substrate body has a supporting surface. The supporting surface includes a viewing area and a signal circuit area on one side of the viewing area. The signal circuits are disposed on the supporting surface and located at the signal circuit area. The signal circuit area has a plurality of apertures running through the substrate body, wherein the apertures are not shielded by the signal circuits. In a manufacturing thereof, the substrate body is disposed on a transparent carrier plate. When high-energy light is applied through the transparent carrier plate to etch a bottom surface of the substrate body to separate the substrate body and the transparent carrier plate, the resulting gas leaves through the apertures.

The EML film includes an upper supporting layer including an upper PDMS layer, including PDMS to which a stress is applied, and an upper electrode layer that is formed on a bottom of the upper PDMS layer and includes the PDMS and AgNW which are mixed with each other, a lower supporting layer including a lower PDMS layer and a lower electrode layer that is formed on a top of the lower PDMS layer and includes the PDMS and the AgNW mixed with each other, and an emitting layer formed between the upper electrode layer and the lower electrode layer, the emitting layer including a mixture, where a luminescent material with metal ions doped thereon is mixed with the PDMS, and simultaneously causing ML of a first color based on the stress and EL of a second color based on the electric field.

摘要: When a large-screen organic EL display device is developed, the generation of a brightness unevenness is prevented between its screen central region and its screen outer circumferential region. Cost risk is decreased about the formation of a structure of preventing the generation of the brightness unevenness. Furthermore, an original protecting function for its organic EL elements is maintained. The color filter of the present invention comprises a transparent substrate, a colored layer that is a pixel region formed on the transparent substrate, and a non-pixel area formed around the colored layer, wherein a convex pillar is formed in at least one spot of the non-pixel area, and an auxiliary electrode layer on a top and a side of the convex pillar, and on the non-pixel area.
