    摘要: A manufacturing method of composite material member includes a step of shaping a laminate including laminated prepreg sheets along a mold. The laminate includes a first layer in which fibers are oriented in single direction. In the first layer, a first surface crossing the single direction and a second surface crossing the single direction are confronted each other such that the first surface and the second surface face each other. Since the fibers are discontinuous between the first surface and the second surface, the laminate is easily shaped and wrinkles are hard to be generated in a composite material member to be manufactured from the laminate.

The third sealing member 3c is provided so that a gap 7 is provided between the first sealing member 3a and the third sealing member 3c while another gap 7 is provided between the second sealing member 3b and the third sealing member 3c, and that a flow path for the second fluid is formed therein. The second outlets 6 are provided so as to be connected to the gaps 7.

    摘要: According to one embodiment, an angle variable mechanism includes: a fixed unit that has guide surfaces and coaxial shaft portions; a movable unit that includes an outer surface, a concave portion having side surfaces, guide grooves, and notches; and a lock member that is swingably supported with the fixed unit and interposed between the side surfaces. The lock member has convex portions. The convex portions are slidably fitted to the guide grooves through the notches. Each of the convex portions has end portions. A length of the convex portion between the end portions is larger than an opening width of each of the notches. The end portion is formed thinner than another end portion, so that a gap is formed between the end portion and an inner surface of the guide groove.

    摘要: The present invention aims to share a semiconductor chip built-in circuit for a step-down function and a step-up function by or through one semiconductor product used as a DC/DC converter configured in a semiconductor chip. The semiconductor chip includes a switching driver, a first switch element and a second switch element. An output current path of the first switch element and an output current path of the second switch element are connected in series. A common connecting point of the first and second switch elements is connected to one end of a smoothing coil outside the semiconductor chip, and the output current path of the second switch element is connected to a base potential. An input DC voltage is supplied from the first switch element, and a step-down voltage VOUT to a load is outputted from the other end of the coil. When a method of supplying the input DC voltage and a method of performing a connection to the load are changed, a step-up voltage is outputted.

In a switching regulator of hysteresis current mode control system, a sense resistor connected in series to a coil is eliminated, a serially connected resistor and a capacitor are connected in parallel to a coil in place of such sense resistor. Thereby, a potential of a connection node of these resistor and capacitor is inputted to a comparator circuit having the hysteresis characteristic for comparison with the reference voltage.
