    摘要: A process for manufacturing a ball and socket joint and a joint manufactured according to that process are provided for a simple manufacture of a completely assembled ball and socket joint with a low torque and overturning moment. The joint housing is manufactured in an injection or casting process, in which the joint ball with the bearing shell placed on it is surrounded by a metallic material or a plastic. The joint shell is provided with a bulge, which behaves elastically with respect to the pressure acting during the injection or casting process and arches slightly outwardly after the conclusion of the injection or casting process. It is achieved as a result that the joint shell does not lie over its entire area on the joint ball after the injection or casting process.

A cover plate follows the pivoting movement of the gearshift lever due to its coupling with the gearshift lever. A scanning device includes sensors and corresponding signal transmitters for detecting the individual gear positions of the transmission. The scanning device has a sensor (10) arranged stationarily at the housing and a linear signal transmitter unit (13) at the pivotable cover plate (14), which said signal transmitter unit (13) sweeps over the scanning range of the sensor (9) and is provided with mark points for the gear positions, wherein the signals picked up by the sensor for the gear position are sent to a corresponding processor unit (12) for evaluation and forwarding. The shifting device for motor vehicle transmissions is inexpensive and reliable in operation.

    摘要: A stabilizer arrangement for a motor vehicle has a stabilizer (1), which is connected to the vehicle chassis and which is connected to a spring-mounted wheel carrier part on each side of the vehicle by a piston-cylinder unit (4; 4′) each. Each of the piston-cylinder units (4, 4′) is formed of at least one piston (8, 8′) arranged movably in a cylinder (7, 7′), and each is connected in an articulated manner, at one end, to one end of the stabilizer (1) and, at the other end, to a spring-mounted wheel carrier part. The piston-cylinder units (4, 4′) are connected to a hydraulic pump (20). A stop (13, 13′), against which the respective piston (8, 8′) can be moved, is assigned to each of the cylinders (7, 7′). By an arrangement of valves, it is made possible for the pistons (8, 8′) to move out of each position in a purposeful manner against the stop (13, 13′) and to hold there in a defined position in order to restore the stabilizer action in a purposeful manner and effectively from any position of the vehicle.

    摘要: A drive unit is provided for the coaxial twisting movement of two stabilizer halves of a motor vehicle axle stabilizer with a tubular housing. Two housing halves are provided having an interior of which a hydraulically movable actuating piston is arranged displaceably in relation to the longitudinal axis of the housing. The longitudinal displacement of the piston is converted by an intercalated cam drive into a rotary movement of the housing halves around their common longitudinal axis. The housing halves are fixed with their respective free ends facing away from one another at a stabilizer halve. A hydraulically actuated releasing piston is pretensioned against a spring element and arranged at each opposite flat sides of the actuating piston, wherein the releasing pistons make possible the displacing movement of the central actuating piston in the pretensioned position and fix the actuating piston in its middle position in the released position.
