    摘要: An electric roll control stabilizer for a vehicle, having an outer housing that rotates about a longitudinal axis, a wiring harness has at least one electric supply lead and/or electric control lead is connected at its first end to a first connection terminal provided on the outer housing and at its second end to a second fixed in position connection terminal. In an area of the first terminal, the harness extends tangential to or concentrical with an outer enveloping surface of the outer housing or a cylindrical structural element which is attached rotationally fixed and whose outer diameter is smaller than the diameter of the outer housing. From the area of the first terminal, the wiring harness extends concentrically with and is spaced from the outer enveloping surface, and the wiring harness is arranged in a transverse plane of the outer housing or the cylindrical structural element that passes through the first terminal.

    摘要: A torsion bar system for a vehicle axle, in particular a rear axle, of a two-track vehicle, includes first and second rotary actuators, each of which is associated with a vehicle side, for an active suspension control. Each rotary actuator has at least one motor/gear unit with which torques can be generated and transmitted as actuating forces onto a wheel suspension element via an output lever. The motor/gear units of both rotary actuators are arranged in a common housing which is rotationally fixed to the vehicle body. The housing has at least two attachment points for bracing the vehicle body, wherein the attachment points are spaced from one another across a bearing distance, and the housing is mounted on the vehicle body in a rigid assembly via said attachment points.

    摘要: The invention relates to a method for operating a motor vehicle in order to detect an overload on a roll stabilizer which is supported so that it can rotate on a vehicle body and includes two stabilizer parts that can be rotated relative to each other by a torsional angle (Φ) via a rotary drive arranged between these parts. In order to detect an impairment to the driving safety of the vehicle in a timely manner, a ratio of the torsional angle (Φ) to a variable which is equivalent to an applied torque (M) of the rotary drive is ascertained, and an overload is determined if the ratio lies outside of a specified tolerance range.
