Abstract: A method for producing a grain oriented electrical steel sheet includes a decarburization annealing process where an oxidation degree PH2O/PH2 is controlled, an annealing separator applying process where a mass ratio of MgO and Al2O3 in an annealing separator is controlled, a final annealing process where hydrogen in mixed gas atmosphere is controlled to 50 volume % or more, an annealing separator removing process where water-washing is conducted using solution with inhibitor and then pickling is conducted, a smoothing process where mixed gas and temperature are controlled for annealing, and an insulation coating forming process where a baking temperature and a heat treatment temperature are controlled.

Abstract: A grain-oriented electrical steel sheet includes a base steel sheet which contains Si and Mn, an intermediate layer which is disposed on a surface of the base steel sheet and contains a silicon oxide as a main component, and an insulation coating which is disposed on a surface of the intermediate layer. A final-annealed film is not substantially present on a surface of the base steel sheet. In a surface layer region of grain-oriented electrical steel sheet, a Mn-depletion layer having a valley portion of a Mn content in which a Mn content is lower than an average Mn content of the base steel sheet in a region deeper than the surface layer region is provided, and a Mn-rich layer having a peak portion of a Mn content in which a Mn content is higher than that in the valley portion of the Mn content is provided in a region closer to a surface of the insulation coating than the Mn-depletion layer.

Abstract: This grain-oriented electrical steel sheet does not have a forsterite film present between a base steel sheet and a tension-insulation coating, in which the base steel sheet contains a predetermined element in a predetermined amount, and in a case in which a cross section perpendicular to a rolling direction of the base steel sheet is viewed, when a region having a length of 10 μm from a surface of the base steel sheet toward the inside of the base steel sheet in a sheet thickness direction of the base steel sheet and a length of 20 mm in a direction perpendicular to the sheet thickness direction is an observation region, needle-like inclusions having a length of 1 μm or more are not present in the observation region.

Abstract: This manufacturing method of a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet is a manufacturing method of a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet having no forsterite film, in which in a decarburization annealing process, a cold-rolled steel sheet is (i-1) heated at an average heating rate (HR1) of 40 to 500° C./sec in a temperature range of 550° C. or higher and lower than 720° C., (i-2) heated at an average heating rate (HR2), which is 5 to 50° C./sec, in a temperature range of 720° C. to T1° C. (770° C.≤T1 (° C.)≤900° C.), and (ii) retained at the temperature of T1° C. for 50 to 1000 seconds to make an amount of C 25 ppm or less in an atmosphere of an oxygen partial pressure (P1) which is 0.0010 to 0.20.

In the intermediate layer, a value obtained by dividing a standard deviation σ of a thickness of the intermediate layer by an average value T of the thickness of the intermediate layer is 0.500 or less.

Abstract: An adhesively-laminated core includes: a plurality of electrical steel sheets which are stacked on each other and of which both surfaces are coated with an insulation coating; and an adhesion part which is provided between the electrical steel sheets adjacent to each other in a stacking direction and adheres the electrical steel sheets to each other, wherein an adhesive forming the adhesion part contains an organic resin and an inorganic filler, wherein a 50% particle size of the inorganic filler is 0.2 to 3.5 μm, wherein a 90% particle size of the inorganic filler is 10.0 μm or less, and wherein an amount of the inorganic filler is 5 to 50 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the organic resin.
