    摘要: In an agitating type washing machine a washing drive motor is run reciprocally in opposite directions to rotate an agitating wheel within a washing tank alternately in one and the other directions to perform intended washing, the washing machine comprises a rotational angle detector for detecting an angle of rotation of the agitating wheel, and a control for controlling the motor in response to a detection signal from the rotational angle detector. The control interrupts energization of the motor when the angle of actual rotation of said agitating wheel or the number of rotations of the motor reaches a predetermined value, the control means controlling the motor to run in a reverse direction when rotation of the agitating wheel by inertia in one direction is almost stopped.

    摘要: Provided is a moisture-curing hot melt adhesive, which has superior overall performance, including heat resistance, adhesiveness, and solidification performance, and with which there is no reduction in the resulting IC card quality or productivity. Also provided is an IC card obtained by applying such a moisture-curing hot melt adhesive. The moisture-curing hot melt adhesive for an IC card comprises a urethane prepolymer (A) having a chemical structure (A1) derived from a polyester polyol (a1) that has isocyanate groups at the terminals and that is obtained by reacting of a diol and a dicarboxylic acid having 10 carbons or fewer. The moisture-curing hot melt adhesive has a shear modulus with non-moisture curing that is between (1×104) and (1×108) Pa at 40° C. and between (1×100) and (1×104) at 80° C. An IC card can be ideally produced by bonding a decorative material and a substrate using the moisture-curing hot melt adhesive.

    摘要: This invention is an inkjet recording sheet having a high gloss cast coating recording layer containing a pigment and a binder comprising mainly polyvinyl alcohol on a support having air permeability, wherein the pigment is a mixture comprising alumina (A) and silica (B) having an average particle diameter of 100˜500 nm, blended in the proportion of A:B=95:5˜50:50 in terms of weight ratio. The silica (B) is preferably a silica to which cationic properties have been imparted, and the alumina (A) is preferably γ-alumina. Due to this, the gloss of a silver halide photograph together with excellent ink absorption properties and print density can be obtained.

    摘要: A method for producing a photocoupler includes the steps of: forming a waveguide structure on a substrate; forming a photoresist layer having a groove on the waveguide structure; mounting a prism on the photoresist layer so as to partially cover the groove; bonding the prism on the waveguide structure by injecting an adhesive into the groove; and removing the photoresist layer. The groove has a T-shaped pattern including a transverse section extending in a first direction and a longitudinal section extending in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. The transverse section has a first width in the second direction which is smaller than a second length of a bonding face of the prism in the second direction. The prism is bonded to the waveguide structure through the bonding face. The longitudinal section has a second width in the first direction which is smaller than a first length of the bonding face of the prism in the first direction. The transverse section has a first length in the first direction which is greater than the first length of the bonding face of the prism in the first direction. The longitudinal section has a second length in the second direction which is greater than the second length of the bonding face of the prism in the second direction. The adhesive is injected into an end portion of the longitudinal section which is distanced away from the transverse section, the end portion not being covered by the prism.

    摘要: A cyclone separator including a cylindrical vessel having a tangentially extending inlet at one axial end and a tangentially extending outlet at the other axial end so that fluid is introduced into the vessel from the inlet and produces a swirl flowing to the outlet. A capturing groove is formed around the vessel and opened to the vessel through a gap. A fluid passage is provided to extend from the groove to the axial center of the vessel so that a circulating flow is produced from the groove through the fluid passage to the axial center of the vessel. The portion of the fluid having a high concentration of a substance of a different density is therefore drawn from the area adjacent to the inner wall surface of the vessel to the groove and the substance is captured by the groove.
