    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive a plurality of reference signals on a plurality of reference signal resources, wherein the plurality of reference signal resources span a plurality of subbands associated with the UE. The UE may determine, for the plurality of subbands, respective selected CSI reports from a set of CSI reports based at least in part on the plurality of reference signals. The UE may transmit information indicating a subset of the respective selected CSI reports. Numerous other aspects are provided.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications at a user equipment (UE) are described. The UE may receive control signaling for indicating an availability of a sidelink resource. The UE may attempt to decode the control signaling. The UE may select, based on receiving the control signaling, a log likelihood ratio quality value associated with the control signaling and a reference signal received power value associated with the control signaling. The UE may select a resource availability probability value associated with the sidelink resource based on attempting to decode the control signaling, the log likelihood ratio quality, and the reference signal received power value. The UE may transmit a sidelink message based at least in part on the resource availability probability value.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive, from a network entity, control information indicating of a first set of occasions for periodic transmissions and a second set of occasions for periodic transmissions, where an occasion of the first set of occasions is mapped to one or more occasions of the second set of occasions. The UE may transmit a first message during the first set of occasions, receive a feedback message indicating a failure of the first message to be received during the first set of occasions, and transmit a retransmission of the first message on one or more occasions of the second set of occasions. The transmission may be based on the feedback message and in accordance with the mapping between the first set of occasions and the second set of occasions.

    Abstract: Aspects relate to signaling at least one relaying parameter for a wireless communication device that supports relaying operations. In some examples, the wireless communication device may send such a relaying parameter to a scheduling entity. The scheduling entity may then schedule a relaying operation for the wireless communication device based on the relaying parameter. For example, the scheduling entity may select the resources to be used for the relaying operation based on the relaying parameter. In some examples, a relaying parameter may indicate one or more of a relaying capability of a wireless communication device, an operational condition (e.g., requirement) for relaying by a wireless communication device, a relaying configuration for a wireless communication device, or a combination thereof.

    Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for bandwidth part (BWP) dynamic adaptation in accordance with an energy level at a user equipment (UE). In some systems, the UE may implement techniques for power savings by operating according to a narrower BWP in accordance with an energy level at the UE. In some implementations, the UE may reduce the bandwidth size of the active BWP if the UE energy level satisfies a threshold. The UE may transmit signaling to the network indicating that the bandwidth size of the active BWP is reduced. Additionally, or alternatively, the UE may fall back to a default BWP if the UE energy level satisfies a threshold. For example, the UE may fall back to the default BWP prior to expiration of a timer configured to trigger the UE to fall back to the default BWP.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may perform, during at least a portion of a sensing window, a sensing process to identify a quantity of resources of a sidelink channel that are available for transmission by the UE during a selection window. The UE may terminate the sensing process before expiry of the sensing window based on the quantity of resources satisfying an early termination threshold. The UE may then transmit, during the selection window, a set of data over the sidelink channel using the quantity of resources.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. Communication devices may perform secret key generation using a set of line-of-sight (LOS) communication modes to secure a physical channel. For example, a first device and a second device may communicate a set of reference signals over the physical channel using a set of LOS communication modes. The first device and the second device may generate a secret key based on the set of LOS communication modes, for example, by using information associated with the set of LOS communication modes to compute the secret key using a key derivation function that outputs the secret key. The first device and the second device may secure the physical channel by encrypting signaling between the first device and the second device with the secret key and communicating the signaling over the physical channel using LOS communications.
