Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, devices, apparatus, and methods, including computer programs encoded on storage media, for radar target tracking based on return signal strength. A wireless device, such as a radar device, may measure a received signal strength of a detected signal. The received signal strength may be associated with at least one bin of a radar image. The wireless device may compare the received signal strength to a filtered signal strength. The filtered signal strength may be associated with a threshold difference in signal strength from the filtered signal strength. The wireless device may track the at least one bin of the radar image in response to the received signal strength being less than or equal to the threshold difference in signal strength from the filtered signal strength.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may identify a transmit diversity configuration for transmitting multiple sidelink messages. The UE may identify a transmit diversity configuration that indicates a set of component carriers (CCs) available for sidelink communication. The UE may transmit, based on the transmit diversity configuration, a first sidelink message having a first redundancy version (RV) of a transport block (TB), and a second sidelink message having a second RV of the TB, on multiple CCs. In a second case, the UE may identify a transmit diversity configuration indicating a set of precoding matrices. The UE may transmit the first sidelink message, including a TB or an RV of a TB, precoded using a first precoding matrix and a second sidelink message, including a TB or an RV of a TB, precoded using a second precoding matrix on multiple CCs.

Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure provide apparatus, methods, processing systems, and computer readable mediums for channel selection in systems that utilize both licensed and unlicensed frequency bands. As will be described in greater detail below, user equipments (UEs) that share unlicensed frequency band may select a channel in an unlicensed frequency band and advertise their channel selection over a licensed frequency band, in an effort to coordinate communications other UEs. An example method may include selecting at least a first channel within an unlicensed band for communications with at least a second UE, and transmitting, on a licensed band, an indication of the first channel and location information for the selection.
