    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some systems, a user equipment (UE) may identify a limited detection range, such as a Line of Sight (LoS) blockage or reduced coverage. The UE may request inter-vehicle assistance from a centralized control entity to overcome this limitation. The CE may transmit an indication of a set of target objects tracked by a sensor at the UE and a level of accuracy for tracking the set of target objects. In turn, the centralized control entity may request sensor information from one or more UEs with a complete LoS, a larger coverage area, or both. Based on the available sensor information, the centralized control entity may collect and transmit the sensor information back to the first UE in response to the request for assistance.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. To support cross-carrier sidelink resource reservation, a user equipment (UE) may transmit sidelink control signaling in a carrier in a licensed frequency spectrum band (e.g., a licensed carrier) that reserves one or more sidelink resources of a carrier in an unlicensed frequency spectrum band (e.g., an unlicensed carrier) for transmission of sidelink data. For example, the UE may determine the one or more sidelink resources for transmission of the sidelink data in the unlicensed carrier and may transmit the sidelink control signaling in the licensed carrier to reserve the one or more sidelink resources. The UE may then transmit the sidelink data in the one or more sidelink resources of the unlicensed carrier. In some examples, the UE may perform a channel access procedure before transmitting the sidelink data and may transmit the sidelink data based on the channel access procedure.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described for shared radio frequency spectrum band access information. A sensing device may monitor one or more frequencies of the shared radio frequency spectrum band and may receive signaling indicating access information (e.g., automated frequency control information). The access information may indicate one or more frequencies of the shared radio frequency spectrum band that are accessible for the sensing device. The scheduling device may obtain the access information from an access point, local storage media, or the like. In some examples, the scheduling device may transmit signaling indicating the accessible frequencies based on a request message from the sensing device. The sensing device may receive the access information and may communicate on one or more of the indicated frequencies accordingly.

    Abstract: Techniques for wireless communications are described. A communication device, such as a user equipment (UE) may determine a resource usage level in a wireless communications system. Additionally or alternatively, the UE may determine a transmission property associated with sidelink communication at the UE. The UE may adjust, based on the determined resource usage level in the wireless communications system or the determined transmission property associated with the sidelink communication at the UE, or a combination thereof, a sensing mode of a sensing procedure or a sensing parameter of the sensing procedure, or a combination thereof. In some examples, the UE may identify a set of resources used for the sidelink communication at the UE based on the adjusted sensing mode or the adjusted sensing parameter, or a combination thereof. The UE may perform the sidelink communication based on the sensing mode or the sensing parameter, or a combination thereof.
