    Abstract: A user equipment (UE) sends an indication supported combinations of sounding reference signal (SRS) resources, unsupported combinations of SRS resources, or compatible SRS resources to a base station. The base station selects one or more SRS resources for the UE from the SRS resources that are supported by the UE or are compatible for the UE. In some examples, the UE receives a configuration from the base station for multiple SRS resource sets. After configuring the UE with multiple SRS resource sets, the base station selects one of the SRS resources sets, and may indicate the selected SRS resource set to the UE. The UE transmits a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) to the base station using SRS resources from the selected SRS resource set.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive control signaling indicating a demodulation reference signal (DMRS) configuration for an uplink message that may indicate for the UE to refrain from including DMRS in at least a first portion of the uplink message based on the DMRS configuration. The UE may encode the uplink message without the DMRS in at least the first portion of the uplink message in accordance with the DMRS configuration. The UE may transmit the uplink message based on encoding the uplink message, and a network entity may receive and decode the uplink message. In some examples, the network entity may receive signaling that includes a set of uplink messages from different UEs. As such, the network entity may decode each, using a respective Reed-Muller (RM) code in accordance with a multi-user decoding algorithm.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may monitor for a downlink transmission from a network device, the downlink transmission comprising a set of parity bits. The UE may determine, based at least in part on the monitoring, a number of parity checks of the set of parity bits that either failed a parity check procedure or satisfied the parity check procedure. The UE may identify, based at least in part on the monitoring and the number of parity checks, a feedback status indicator for the downlink transmission. The UE may transmit a feedback message that includes the feedback status indicator and additional information based at least in part on the number of parity checks.

    Abstract: This disclosure relates to collision resolution for overlapping uplink transmissions, and includes a method and apparatus for identifying a plurality of scheduled uplink transmissions that overlap in at least a first slot and a second slot, wherein the plurality of uplink transmissions comprises a high priority uplink transmission scheduled for repetitive transmission across at least a first slot and a second slot and further comprises one or more uplink transmissions scheduled in the first slot and two or more uplink transmissions scheduled in the second slot, wherein the two or more uplink transmissions scheduled in the second slot comprise at least a first low priority uplink transmission and a second high priority uplink transmission; and performing a first collision resolution procedure in the first slot and performing a second collision resolution procedure in the second slot, the second collision resolution procedure being independent of the first collision resolution procedure.
