The processing circuitry is configured to determine a codec capability of at least one of a first communication apparatus and a second communication apparatus, wherein determining the codec capability comprises determining whether the codec capability comprises a capability of performing decoding process based on quantum computing. The processing circuitry is further configured to determine codec information for communication between the first communication apparatus and the second communication apparatus based on the codec capability.

    Abstract: An apparatus and method in a wireless communication system, and a computer-readable storage medium.
