摘要： A waterproof connector comprises an inner housing made of synthesis resin, which accommodates a connection terminal; an outer housing made of synthesis resin, which surrounds the inner housing inserted in an insertion port with a predetermined space portion therebetween, the outer housing having an insertion port in its block wall, the insertion port being for inserting the inner housing, and an enter port provided in its tip end; and a sealing member inserted in the space portion, wherein a holding projection extending from the sealing member to the block wall is provided, a through hold inserting the holding projection therein is provided in the block wall, and the holding projection is inserted in the through hole. In such a constitution, thermoplastic resin covers at least an exposed portion of the holding projection, which is exposed from the through hole, from the outside of the block wall.

The wiring unit includes a plurality of flat circuit bodies each composed of an insulating plate 21 and a plurality of bus bars 22 extended in parallel, and a short-circuiting member 23 composed of a pair of pin segments 24 and a coupling segment 25 for coupling them. The short-circuiting member 23 is formed in a -shape. The pin segments 24 are stuck into the bus bars so that the bus bars 22 are electrically connected to each other. In this configuration, the wiring unit can be manufactured at low cost and can be downsized.

摘要： A waterproof connector has an inner housing, an outer housing, and a rubber plug. The inner housing has a terminal accommodation chamber, a terminal that is accommodated within the terminal accommodation chamber being connected to an electric wire. The outer housing has an opening and a bottom wall. When the inner housing is inserted from the opening into the outer housing and the both are fitted together, the bottom wall opposes the terminal accommodation chamber. The outer housing has a hole that is formed in the bottom wall and that opens toward outside the outer housing, and a concavity portion that communicates the hole and the interior of the outer housing. The rubber plug has a main-body portion corresponding to the concavity portion, a cylindrical extended portion corresponding to the hole, and a through hole passing through the main-body portion and the extended portion. The main-body portion is inserted into the concavity portion while the extended portion is inserted into the hole. The through hole communicates the interior of the outer housing and the exterior of the same. The electric wire passes through the through hole and is then extended into the outer housing and connected to the terminal.
