    摘要: A transformer including a first magnetic core and a second magnetic core having the shape of a flat plate. In the first magnetic core, a middle leg and substantially L-shaped outer legs whose inner sides are formed as circular-arc-shaped surfaces are provided in a standing manner at the central portion and at the comers of a rectangular flat plate, respectively. In addition, in the first magnetic core, a winding accommodating portion is formed between the circular-arc-shaped surfaces of the corresponding outer legs and an outer peripheral surface of the middle leg. Three coil portions, formed by spiral winding operations in level states, are placed upon each other, and are inserted into the winding accommodating portion of the first magnetic core. Then, from above the coil portions, the second magnetic core is placed thereon in order to form an integral structure. At this time, at the side portions of the flat plate, an external line of the flat plate and an external line of the winding accommodating portion coincide with each other. Therefore, the footprint of the transformer becomes small. Accordingly, in the invention, the transformer can be made smaller and thinner as a result of making the dead space that exists during the mounting of the coil to the magnetic core as small as possible.

    摘要: A switching power supply unit includes a control circuit including a turn-off circuit for turning of a first switch element Q1, which has been in an ON state, and an off-period control circuit for, based on a feedback signal from an output-voltage detecting circuit, controlling the turning-on of the first switch element to be further delayed as a load is lighter. The off-period control circuit includes a transistor as a second switch element which is provided in series between a feedback winding and the control terminal of the first switch element and which is controlled to be turned on and off based on the feedback signal from the output-voltage detecting circuit. A switching frequency is set to be lower as the load is lighter, such that power consumption at the light load is reduced.

    摘要: Disclosed is a heat exchanger core in which a fluid is caused to flow through a pipe body rectangular in cross section so that the heat exchange is effected between the flowing fluid and a heat medium in contact with the outer walls of the pipe body. Within the pipe body, a plurality of projections and/or grooves for flowing the fluid at an inclined angle with respect to the direction of the flow of the fluid (the axis of the heat exchanger core) and the streams flow through the inclined passages, respectively, and then are reversed in direction. Such a flow pattern is repeated so that the efficiency of heat transfer by conduction can be improved without the noticeable increase in pressure loss.

    摘要: Disclosed is a vacuum container for transporting one or more articles in the vacuum atomsphere. To this end, the vacuum container comprises a container body which can be maintained in the air-tight state and which is formed with a hole through which one or more articles are inserted into or removed out of said container body, a gate valve for opening or closing the opening of the container body, vacuum maintaining pump means communicated with the container body in order to maintain the interior thereof at an extremely high degree of vacuum and retaining means disposed within the container body for releasably retaining at least one article. With the vacuum container with the above-described construction, one or more articles which cannot be exposed to the surrounding atmosphere because of various reasons can be transported in the vacuum state in a stable manner.

    摘要: A switching power supply apparatus includes a first inductor that is serially connected to a primary winding of a transformer, and a second inductor that is arranged so as to apply a voltage of a capacitor with sine waves obtained by rectifying an AC input voltage for an on-period of a first switching circuit. A diode for preventing the inverse current to the second inductor and a capacitor that is charged by excitation energy charged to the second inductor and applies a voltage to the primary winding for on-period of the first switching circuit. Further, a capacitor is arranged so that the inductor, the primary winding, and a second switching circuit define a closed loop. Switching control circuits control the on-period of a first switching element to control an output voltage Vo, and further control an input voltage Vi by controlling the on-period of a second switching element.

A diode (Di) preventing a reverse current from flowing in the second inductor (Li), and a capacitor (Ci) that is charged by excitation energy stored in the second inductor (Li) and that applies a voltage to the primary winding (Lp) during the on-period of the first switch circuit (S1) are further provided. A capacitor (Cr) is further provided so as to define a closed loop together with the inductor (Lr), the primary winding (Lp), and the second switch circuit (S2).
