摘要： According to an embodiment, a control device includes a receiving unit, a judging unit, an estimating unit, a deciding unit, a directing unit, and a sending unit. The receiving unit is configured to receive an interrupt request requesting a processing device that includes elements capable of being individually subjected to voltage control to execute an interrupt process. The judging unit is configured to judge a state of the elements. The estimating unit is configured to estimate a start-up time for the element to change into an operating mode after power is supplied. The deciding unit is configured to decide a starting point in time at which power supply is to be started on basis of a difference in the start-up times between the elements. The directing unit is configured to direct a power supply unit for supplying power to the elements. The sending unit is configured to send the interrupt request.

摘要： According to one embodiment, an information processing apparatus includes a processor, a non-volatile storage unit, a receiving unit, a judging unit, and a transmitting unit. The receiving unit receives from the processor an inquiry about accessibility of the storage unit. The judging unit judges, upon receipt of the inquiry, whether the storage unit is accessible on the basis of a start-up time period between starting power supply to the storage unit and activation of the storage unit. 摘要： A method, apparatus, and computer program product for performing bidirectional transformation between a first structured document and a second structured document is disclosed. A transformation rule having primitive rules each of which is applicable to respective one of elements specified in units of paths within the first structured document is prepared. A forward transformation is performed, which transforms the first structured document into the second structured document in accordance with the transformation rule. At that time, a transformation record is created. The record contains which primitive rules were applied and which paths were transformed in the forward transformation. The transformed second structured document may be edited by an application-side. After that, a backward transformation is performed, which transforms the second structured document into the first structured document with referral to the transformation record, the transformation rule, and the first structured document.

摘要： An apparatus for attaching a tag on a neck portion of an article is disclosed. The apparatus includes an article-carrying member, a tag-supplying device, and a tag-carrying device disposed beyond the article-carrying member along a carrying direction of the article. The tag-carrying device includes two pairs of paired traveling belts disposed right and left of the tag and inclined so that each of the belts has a starting portion higher than the article and an ending portion of approximately the same height as a shoulder of the article. The tag-carrying device is adapted for carrying a tag synchronously with the carried article while holding both side edges of the tag between the upper and lower traveling belts to thereby insert a head of the article into a tag aperture and attach the tag to the neck portion of the article.
