摘要： A platform with a platform body having a plate attachment portion. The plate attachment portion includes a platform opening and the platform opening includes a projection that extends into a portion of the platform opening. A platform plate portion is coupled to an accessory plate portion, through the platform opening, such that the platform plate portion and the accessory plate portion are rotatable relative to the platform body. A portion of the platform plate portion is rotatably slidable along a surface of the internal projection, and a portion of the accessory plate portion is rotatably slidable along a surface of the internal projection. A release lever is pivotably attached to the platform body and the release lever is pivotable between a locking position and an unlocking position. The release lever is capable of releasably interacting with a primary notch of the platform plate portion.

摘要： A modular illumination device having an electronics assembly, an inner body portion extending from a first end to a second end and defining an interior cavity, wherein the inner body portion is formed so as to accept the electronics assembly within the cavity; a head assembly removably attached or coupled to the first end of the inner body portion; a tail cap portion removably attached or coupled to the second end of the inner body portion, wherein the tail cap portion includes a button assembly having a depressible button; and at least one body sleeve extending from a first end to a second end and defining an interior cavity, wherein the body sleeve is formed so as to accept the inner body portion within the cavity of the body sleeve and to be assembled between the head assembly and the tail cap portion.

摘要： A folding firearm comprises a stock supporting a receiver, the receiver defining a bore for receiving a first end of the firearm barrel. A forearm is operably pivotally connected to the stock. The forearm includes a barrel securing mechanism having a securement member. The firearm barrel has a surface adjacent to the first end for engaging the securement member. The securement member is matingly engageable with the surface of the barrel. The securement member, in response to pivotal movement by the forearm, moves into engagement with the surface to urge the first end of the barrel into the bore of the receiver when the firearm is pivoted into a firing position. The firearm also includes a locking mechanism capable of selectively locking the forearm in the firing position.

摘要： A folding stock assembly for firearms such as rifles and shotguns. The stock is made of metal rod that has been bent to form laterally spaced left and right elongated arm members that have rear ends connected to the top end of a U-shaped shoulder rest portion. The front end of the respective elongated arm members are pivotally connected to the rear end of a neck portion extending rearwardly from the upper end of the handgrip. There is structure in the interior of the end cap for locking the elongated arm members in either its static storage position or its rearward functional deployed position.

摘要： A shoplifting system includes a first and second post-like housings positioned in a store on opposite sides of the doorway. The first housing includes an electronic receiver for receiving a wireless signal transmitted by a hand-held transmitter unit that is actuatable by a store employee who notices shoplifting activity by a shopper. The receiver causes actuating of an alarm device which issues an audible alarm sound in response to a signal received from the hand-held transmitter unit. The second housing is a "dummy" housing containing no detection circuitry. However, the second housing and first housing each have an appearance which suggests that both housings contain detection circuits that cooperate to detect the presence of detectable tags attached to products on sale in the store. A warning sign is placed on one of the housings.
