    摘要: A liquid jetting head of the invention includes a flowing-path plate through which a flowing-path space is formed as a flowing-path for a liquid. A nozzle plate is provided on one side surface of the flowing-path plate, said nozzle plate having a nozzle that is communicated with the flowing-path space. A sealing plate is provided on the other side surface of the flowing-path plate for sealing the flowing-path space. A portion of the other side of the flowing-path space forms a pressure-chamber space. A portion of the other side of the flowing-path plate including at least a portion of the pressure-chamber space is formed by electrocasting. A pressure-generating unit is provided at a portion of the other side of the sealing plate corresponding to the pressure-chamber space for changing a pressure of the liquid in the pressure-chamber space.

    摘要: An ink jet recording head has an ink passage unit (1) formed by superposing a nozzle plate (3) with a plurality of nozzles (2) and an ink passage plate (8). The ink passage plate (8) has first and a second surface (8a, 8b), and is provided with a plurality of pressure producing chambers (5) connected to the plurality of nozzles (2), and an ink reservoir (7) communicating with the pressure producing chambers (5) by means of ink inlet ports (6). A cover plate (11) is closely joined to the first surface (8a) of the ink passage plate (8). The cover plate (11) is deformed elastically by piezoelectric vibrators (10) so as to apply pressure to the ink contained in the pressure producing chambers (5). The ink passage plate (8) is a metal sheet (21) having first and second surfaces (8a, 8b) of the ink passage plate (8). A through hole (20) for the ink reservoir (7) is formed from the first surface to the second surface in the metal sheet (21). A plurality of recesses (27) forming the pressure producing chambers (5) are formed in the first surface of the metal sheet by press working.

    摘要: An ink-jet recording head for an ink-jet recording apparatus, includes a plurality of pressure generating chambers, a nozzle plate in which a plurality of nozzle apertures which communicate with the pressure generating chambers are formed, and a protective layer formed in the vicinity of the nozzle apertures, wherein when a cleaning blade for cleaning the nozzle plate of leavings of at least ink, comes in contact with the nozzle apertures when the blade is pressed on the nozzle plate, the blade elastically contacts the protective layer and the nozzle plate without damaging an ink-repellent layer disposed around the nozzle apertures, as the blade is moved in a direction toward an open exhaust port disposed on a side of an end of the nozzle plate, such that the leavings are exhausted through the open exhaust port by movement of the blade.
