An assembly includes an electronic device casing, a heat-dissipating module and a waterproofing module. The electronic device casing is formed with an encircling wall. The encircling wall has a wall body and an apertured portion formed in the wall body. The heat-dissipating module is coupled to the electronic device casing, is surrounded by the encircling wall, and includes a heat pipe extending through the apertured portion. The waterproofing module includes a waterproofing element that has a ring portion disposed on a top rim of the wall body, and a sleeve portion having a first sleeve segment that is connected to the ring portion, that is sleeved on the heat pipe and that engages the apertured portion so as to establish water tightness between the heat pipe and the apertured portion.

A monitoring system has a vehicle and a monitoring device. The vehicle is movable along a predetermined route, and the monitoring device is detachably mounted to the vehicle. The vehicle has a photonic device configured to read position information according to detection of a positioning tag positioned at a predetermined position along the predetermined route. The monitoring device has a sensor configured to monitor an environmental parameter and a controller communicatively coupled to the sensor and the photonic device. The controller is configured to record the monitored environmental parameter along the predetermined route and the position information.
Abstract:
At least a first reticle is stored in a housing of a stocker. A first gas is delivered to the housing. At least one reticle pod having an additional reticle is delivered into a enclosure within the housing of the stocker. A second gas different from the first gas is delivered to the enclosure. The reticle pod is automatically retrieved from the enclosure. The delivery and retrieval of the reticle pod and delivery of the first gas and the second gas are automatically controlled.

A portable electronic apparatus and a removable battery case therefor are disclosed. The portable electronic apparatus includes an apparatus casing, a battery, and the removable battery case. The apparatus casing has an accommodating slot and includes a first rotation engagement structure at the opening of the accommodating slot. The removable battery case includes a casing body and a casing cover. The casing body has a battery accommodating space containing the battery. The casing cover is connected to the casing body in a rotatable way. When the casing body is inserted into the accommodating slot from the opening, the casing cover covers the opening by a second rotation engagement structure of the casing cover engaged with the first rotation engagement structure. Therefore, the casing body can keep non-rotated in the above insertion to permit various structure designs for the electrical connection between the apparatus casing and the removable battery case.

The present innovation discloses a network communication establishment method between a portable device and a computer. The major feature of the present innovation is that the parameters are transmitted via the email and after the connection is established, the commands or requests for data transmission are still transmitted via email. As to the data under transmission, it is transmitted by peer to peer (P2P) technology. In another embodiment, the data may also be transmitted via email.

An electronic device and its push-lock and push-release type of latch structure are provided in the invention. The latch structure includes a platform, an elastic restorable element connected to the platform, and two side bases respectively disposed on two opposite edges of the platform. Each of the side bases has a base body having a loop track with a stopper, a driven element movably disposed on the base body and movable with the platform, and a “U” type rod pivotally connected to the driven element at one end thereof and extending into the loop track at another end thereof.
Abstract:
A Venetian blind cutting machine comprises a machine stand on which a cutting device and the clamping device are mounted. The cutting device has a blade which moves back and forth to execute the cutting of the Venetian blind. The pivoting center of the blade is higher than the position at which the Venetian blind is arranged. The lower half cutting edge of the blade provides the downward and the inward cutting forces to execute the cutting of the Venetian blind. The revolution rate and the feed rate of the blade are regulated by a controller in accordance with the nature of a material of which the Venetian blind is made.
Abstract:
A head acupuncture instrument is disclosed. The head acupuncture instrument includes headgear with electrode probes mounted thereon, a wire dispenser, a plurality of wires extending from an electricity supply to the electrode probes via the wire dispenser, and a column with a bottom end secured to the headgear and a top end extensively received in the wire dispenser. The electrode probes offer stimulating current to acupuncture points needed to be stimulated in a patient's head.
