    Abstract: A method for producing metal or metal alloy particles may include: mixing a mixture comprising: (a) a metal or a metal alloy, (b) a carrier fluid, and optionally (c) an emulsion stabilizer at a temperature at or greater than a melting point of the metal or the metal alloy to create a dispersion of molten droplets of the metal or the metal alloy dispersed in the carrier fluid; cooling the mixture to below the melting point of the metal or the metal alloy to form metal or metal alloy particles; and separating the metal or metal alloy particles from the carrier fluid, wherein the metal or metal alloy particles comprise the metal or the metal alloy and the emulsion stabilizer, if included.

    Abstract: Disclosed herein is a toner composition, developer and additive for a toner composition. The toner composition includes toner particles comprising at least one resin, an optional colorant, an optional wax, and a polymeric toner additive on at least a portion of an external surface of the toner particles. The polymeric toner additive includes a polymeric resin comprising a cross-linked fluorinated acrylic monomer, a cross-linkable monomer containing two or more vinyl groups at 8 wt% to 40 wt% of the polymeric resin, and optionally a charge control agent comprising nitrogen containing group at 0.1 wt% to 1.5 wt% of the polymeric resin.

    Abstract: A toner composition including an amorphous polyester resin; a crystalline polyester resin; a styrene acrylate copolymer; an optional wax; and an optional colorant; wherein the amorphous polyester resin comprises a rosin monomer content of from about 10 to about 25 percent rosin monomer based upon the total amount of monomer comprising the amorphous polyester resin. A toner composition including a core and at least one shell disposed thereover. A toner process including contacting an amorphous polyester resin; a crystalline polyester resin; a styrene acrylate copolymer; an optional wax; an optional colorant; and an optional aggregating agent; wherein the amorphous polyester resin comprises a rosin monomer content of from about 10 to about 25 percent rosin monomer heating to form aggregated toner particles; optionally, adding a shell resin to the aggregated toner particles, heating to coalesce the particles; and recovering the toner particles.
