    摘要： A camera, adapted to function with film speed data, includes structure for introducing the film speed data and for storing that data. Manually set exposure time data is also stored. A determination is made whether the film is advanced to the first effective film frame. The film speed or exposure time data is alternately indicated and the indication is controlled to indicate the film speed data until the film is advanced to the first effective film frame subsequent to which the indication is switched to indicate the exposure time data when the film is advanced to the first effective film frame. The indication may subsequently be manually switched to indicate the film speed data. The film speed data may be read from the film cartridge upon closure of the back lid of the camera and transferred to storage.

    摘要： The present invention provides a bifocal camera capable of changing focal length of a photographic lens system and having lens drive means operable by a motor to switch the photographic lens system between a first focal length state wherein a main lens component is located at a rear position and a second focal length state wherein the main lens component is located at a front position and an auxiliary lens component is located at an operative position. This camera comprises a device for automatically stopping the motor when shifting of the main lens component is interrupted by force, and a device for restricting the shifting of the main lens component between the front position and the rear position. The auxiliary lens component is moved and a lens barrier is opened and closed in interlocked relationship with the shifting of the main lens component.

    摘要： Disclosed are film cartridges having improved digital code patterns, films having improved digital signal means, and cameras adapted for use with the film cartridges or the films. The improved code patterns include bits with different weights and a bit which is made conductive with at least one of the bits with the different weights.One of the cameras disclosed is provided with a reading device on a spool so that the reading device can continuously read the signal means at a front tip of a leader portion of the film throughout the duration in which the film is wound around the spool. Another camera disclosed is adapted to read the code patterns on the film cartridge upon insertion of the film cartridge into a cartridge chamber. Various camera circuits are proposed, in one of which decimal or fractional APEX values of read film speeds are converted to outputs with weights of 1/2, 1/4 and 1/8 for digital calculation and in another of which film speeds divided by 1/3 Ev steps are automatically set by being grouped into one of high, middle and low film speed ranges.

    摘要： In a camera system having a camera body and at least one camera accessory attachable to the camera body, a plurality of circuit elements are provided in the camera body and in the camera accessory for performing predetermined respective operations. Circuitry in the camera controls the plurality of circuit elements and includes a data bus for connecting the control circuitry with the plurality of circuit elements. The data bus serially sends data from the control circuitry to the plurality of circuit elements and from the plurality of circuit elements to the control circuitry. At least one signal line connects the control circuitry with each of the circuit elements, respectively, for sending clock pulses utilized for synchronizing the data sent through the data bus. A plurality of selecting lines selects, by the control circuitry, which circuit element receives the data from the control circuitry and sends the data to the control circuitry. The control circuitry selects, in accordance with predetermined camera operation, the circuit element which operates through the selecting lines, with the control circuitry receiving data from the selected circuit element through the data bus with pulses through the signal line to calculate data sent to the circuit element according to the predetermined camera operation. The control circuitry sends the calculated data to the selected circuit element through the data bus with pulses through the signal line for operating the circuit element.

    摘要： A photographic camera of a type utilizing a roll of film comprises a camera back lid, a take-up spool for taking up the film therearound, and a plurality of switches incorporated in the take-up spool. The switches built in the take-up spool are all closed, when the film is turned around the spool, to generate a signal inidcative of the fact that the film has no doubt been secured to the spool. An electric circuit is also provided for disabling the film wind-up so long as the camera back lid has not yet been closed even though the film has already loaded in the camera.
