Automatic performance is carried out by modifying the variation amounts of the one or more predetermined factors in the groove template in accordance with the modification data and thus modifying the predetermined factors of the tone, based on the automatic performance data, in accordance with the thus-modified variation amounts.

    摘要: When analog signals of two or more channels are converted to digital signals, a differential signal of at least two of these channels (A and B) is taken out. The signal of either channel A or B or the sum signal of these signals and the above-mentioned differential signal are quantized by binary-coding with n and m bits (n>m), respectively. The quantization is also performed by sampling with the sampling frequency f1 and f2 (f1>f2). As a result the memory capacity is saved and the transmission speed is improved.

    摘要: A variable delay circuit for delaying an input signal and being capable of changing length of this delay is provided and various modulation effects are imparted by this delay. When change in the delay length has been designated, a decay envelope is imparted to a delay output tone signal corresponding to the delay length before the change and then a rise envelope is imparted to a delay output signal corresponding to the delay length after the change. Generation of a click noise during the change in the delay length thereby is prevented. Alternatively, when the delay length is to be changed, a decay envelope is imparted to a delay output signal corresponding to the delay length before the change and, simultaneously, a rise envelope is imparted to a delay output tone signal corresponding to the delay length after the delay and the two signals are combined. Alternatively further, when the delay length is to be changed, the delay length is sequentially changed in plural steps from the delay length before the change to the delay length after the change.

    摘要: There is provided a selection switch for selecting musical information determining characteristics of a tone such as a tone color. This selection switch is pre-assigned with first musical information. Switches and circuits are provided for assigning second musical information to the selection switch. This second musical information is one selected as desired from among plural musical information. There is also provided a mode selection switch.
