The motor includes a rotor and a stator. The stator is disposed at an outer periphery of the rotor. The stator includes an iron core assembly. The iron core assembly includes a plurality of winding portions. Each of the winding portions is provided with two winding grooves at two sides thereof. The coils wind around and cover the winding grooves of the winding portions. The thermal conduction glues are covered on an outer periphery of the coils, and the thermal conduction glues are filled in a plurality of gaps between the coils and the winding grooves.

    摘要: Controllers and related control methods for a switched mode power supply are disclosed. The switched mode power supply has an inductive device and a power switch connected in series. An output current estimator in a controller is configured for receiving a current-sense signal representing an inductor current flowing through the inductive device and a discharge-time signal indicating a discharge time of the inductive device. The output current estimator generates a charge current in response to the discharge-time signal and the current-sense signal, thereby the charge current substantially corresponding to an output current that the switched mode power supply outputs to a load. The charge current is limited not to exceed a maximum value. A current limiter is configured for limiting the current-sense signal when the charge current is the maximum value.

The power converter has a rectifier for rectifying an alternative-current voltage into a direct-current input voltage. The direct-current input voltage is sensed and determined whether it locates in a valley. A detection voltage is provided, capable of representing the direct-current input voltage. The detection voltage is compared with a predetermined reference voltage. When the detection voltage exceeds the predetermined reference voltage and the direct-current input voltage is in the valley, an OVP signal is provided to stop the power conversion of the power converter.

    摘要: Disclosure includes a controller in an integrated circuit and a related switched mode power supply. The switched mode power supply has an input power line and a ground line. An inductive device and a power switch are connected in series between the input power line and the ground line. The controller has a multifunction pin and is configured for controlling the power switch. A resistor connects the multifunction pin to the input power line. During a startup procedure, the controller provides a first conduction path conducting from the multifunction pin to the ground line. During normal operation, the controller disconnects the first conduction path, and makes the multifunction pin an output node of an error amplifier comparing a regulated output with a target value, to generate a PWM signal for controlling the power switch.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a digitally controlled switched-mode power supply, wherein a switched-mode power supply is provided with a control circuit, which comprises a signal amplifier unit able to receive digital signals or analog signals and a switching controller able to receive the signals. The switching controller uses the signals to produce a clock signal, after which the clock signal is output, whereupon the signal amplifier unit feeds a signal back to control the switching controller. The signal amplifier unit is provided with at least one amplifier element, and when the amplifier element receives a digital signal or analog signal, then the signal is transmitted to the switching controller. Accordingly, the control circuit achieves the effectiveness to not only receive and transmit digital signals, but also receive and transmit analog signals, and is thus provided with the advantage of enormous flexibility.
