    Abstract: Provided is a power conversion device capable of observing a chip temperature with high accuracy without increasing a cost of the power conversion device mounted with a current sense element for observing a main current of a power device. A main control MOSFET 11, a current MOSFET 12, and a diode 13 connected to a source electrode 8 of the main control MOSFET 11 and a source electrode 9 of the current MOSFET 12 are mounted in a chip of a power device, a temperature measurement circuit 3 is connected to the source electrode 9 of the current MOSFET 12, and when the main control MOSFET 11 is in an off state, a forward current (If) is caused to flow through the diode 13, and an anode potential is observed to measure the chip temperature.

The instruction value calculation portion prioritizes the instruction value of the ride comfort control portion when a value indicating the change in the posture of the vehicle is equal to or larger than a predetermined value and a value indicating a sprung vibration in a sprung resonance frequency band is larger than a predetermined value.

    Abstract: A ship steering device includes a handle which is mechanically separated from a rudder mechanism, a steering angle detecting unit that detects a steering angle of the handle, a rudder motor that drives the rudder mechanism, and a turn controller that controls, based on a steering characteristics map which associates a basic relation between the steering angle and a turn angle, the rudder motor so as to obtain the turn angle in accordance with the steering angle.     Abstract: Provided is a method for manufacturing a rotary power transmission member including a ring-shaped main body part fixed to a rotating shaft, and a ring-shaped gear part formed on an outer circumference part of the main body part to transmit rotational force of the rotating shaft to other members.     Abstract: A travel control device that prevents malfunctioning of an intersection AEB system is provided. The travel control device includes a sensor that detects the front side, and a control unit that controls a brake, based on information from the sensor. When determining that a host vehicle is going to traverse an intersection and make a turn, the control unit carries out control for controlling the brake when the speed of an oncoming vehicle is equal to or higher than a given threshold. When determining that the oncoming vehicle detected by the sensor is going to traverse the intersection and make a turn, the control unit increases the threshold.
