    摘要: A retractable safety syringe may have a needle, needle holder, syringe body, a shaft seal, and a plunger assembly. A proximal portion of the body and a piston of the plunger may define a vacuum chamber. The plunger assembly may comprise a shaft coupled to a piston. The shaft may have at least one non-engaging portion and at least one engaging portion. The plunger assembly is movable between a storage position and working positions. In the storage position, little or no force is exerted on the shaft seal by the non-engaging portion. In the working positions, the engaging portion is in sealing engagement with the shaft seal to seal the vacuum chamber. Stopper movement of the retractable safety syringe may be reduced or eliminated if the retractable safety syringe is prefilled.

    摘要: The present invention provides a safety syringe which resolves a problem in the prior art whereby the needle assembly does not engage the plunger properly due to limitations in the syringe protrusion molding. The syringe of the present invention comprises: a cylinder which has a space therein to contain fluid and forms a fluid discharging portion at one end; a plunger which is inserted inside the cylinder and slid in a longitudinal direction; a piston which is associated with the upper portion of the plunger in order to make airtight contact between the plunger and the cylinder; a syringe needle assembly which is equipped at the upper portion of the cylinder and affixes a syringe needle. The syringe needle assembly is inserted into and contained inside the cylinder after use and is then disposed. In the needle assembly, plural needle supports comprising a first connector and a second connector are extended to the lower portion. The plunger has a needle support insertion member at the upper portion so that it cannot be separated after the needle supports of the needle assembly are inserted. When the plunger is retracted, the needle assembly is retracted and contained in the cylinder. In the needle support insertion member, a ring-shaped protrusion is placed at the upper portion, and plural ring-shaped protrusion supports which connect and support the ring-shaped protrusions are formed.

    摘要: A safety syringe device with separable needle stem by turning back includes a syringe tube, a push rod, a needle seat, a needle stem and a needle cap. The needle stem is attached to a bushing which is fitted to a core bit thereby fixing the needle seat at its position. The syringe tube and the needle seat that is screw combined are further tightly settled by dexterous positioning means. After finishing syringe, the needle sheet along with the needle stem is withdrawn and hidden in the syringe tube, the push rod can be broken at its brittle neck portion by tapping it against a breaking fringe formed around the syringe tube thereby leaving the needle seat and needle stem inside the syringe tube. By doing so, the used needle stem will never emerge out accidentally to puncture people's skin. The used syringe tube, push rod, needle seat and stem can be thrown away altogether to avoid restoring for reuse.

A needle shroud is captive to the leading end of the housing and is movable before use between extended and retracted positions. A drive member is releasable from a rearward position within the housing to urge the syringe forwards to project its needle beyond the retracted needle shroud and then to express a dose through the needle. Locating members on the housing capture the drive member at its forward position (attained after expressing the dose). The captured drive member is also arranged to block retraction of the needle shroud from its extended position.

A needle shroud (15) is captive to the leading end of the housing and is movable before use between extended and retracted positions. A drive member (17) is releasable from a rearward position within the housing to urge the syringe forwards to project its needle (30) beyond the retracted needle shroud (15) and then to express a dose through the needle. Locating members (12) on the housing capture the drive member (17) at its forward position (attained after expressing the dose). The captured drive member (17) is also arranged to block retraction of the needle shroud (15) from its extended position.
