    Abstract: An adaptable blood processing platform comprises a blood processing device and a ground engaging frame including a shelf to which the blood processing device is secured. The frame supports the shelf for movement between a lowered position and a raised position. The shelf can be supported, e.g., for swinging cantilevered movement about an axis between the lowered and raised positions. The shelf can be supported, e.g., by a scissors linkage assembly coupled to the shelf for lowering and lifting the shelf between a lowered and raised positions. In the lowered position, the center of gravity of the blood processing device is located a first distance above ground, which is conducive for stable storage and/or transport of the platform. In the raised position, the center of gravity of the blood processing device is located a second distance above ground greater than the first distance, which is conductive for set-up and operation of the platform.

    Abstract: A container is provided for bulk mail, and the like, which has the form of a wheeled rack. The container is constructed to have a lower shelf and an intermediate shelf, both of which are hinged to a frame, and both of which may be turned to an upright position when the container is not in use to enable the container to be nested into other like containers so as to conserve space. Also, the intermediate shelf may be turned up when the container is in use to provide sufficient space within the container for large or bulky packages or mail sacks. The container also has a flexible webbing member attached to the forward edge of a hinged frame which supports the intermediate shelf. The webbing member may be extended upwardly and downwardly from the forward edge of the frame across the open front of the container to enclose the upper and lower portions of the open front so as to retain the load within the container.

    Abstract: The trolley has a lower platform which is provided with rollers and carries two fixed lateral grills and a movable grill between the fixed grills. At least one horizontal shelf is pivotably mounted on a first of the fixed grills and is pivotable between a withdrawn position against the first fixed grill and a horizontal position in which the shelf bears against a rod of the second fixed grill.     Abstract: A wagon is adjustable between a collapsed configuration, an intermediate configuration, and an expanded configuration. The frame has a vertical pole assembly arranged at each of the four corners of the frame. Each of the vertical pole assemblies comprises an extension member telescopically arranged with a fixed member and a slider operatively slidingly connected with the fixed member. When the frame is altered from the expanded configuration to the intermediate configuration, the slider of each vertical pole assembly moves away from the distal end of the fixed member toward the proximal end of the fixed member and the extension member moves from the raised position to the lowered position. When the frame is altered from the intermediate configuration to the collapsed configuration, the extension member moves from the lowered position to the raised position with the slider at or adjacent to the proximal end of the fixed member.
