A method for packaging articles to be transported is provided comprising a) preparing at least one pallet comprising a base plate, which base plate forms an even plate-shaped element; b) placing the articles to be transported onto the base plate; c) providing a transport box that's open toward the base plate in an inverted orientation over the articles, wherein the transport box is placed on the base plate so that the transport box and base plate together form an interior of the transport packaging unit, wherein the transport box comprises an opening that's closable by folding flaps on a side opposite the base plate, wherein the transport box closes off flush with the pallet; and d) fixing the transport box on the base plate with at least one packing strip, wherein the transport box is pressed onto the base plate by said at least one packing strip.

A pallet is configured to be stackable in a plurality of stages. The pallet includes a bottom plate, a top plate on which an object to be packed is placed, a leg member, and a sidewall member. The leg member connects the bottom plate and the top plate and is disposed along the outer edges of the bottom plate and the top plate. The sidewall member are vertically installed along the outer edge of the top plate and are formed with a connection hole to be used in a connection of an outside packing case that covers the object to be packed. When the pallet is stacked on a top plate of another pallet the leg member is provided with an engagement portion that is disposed in correspondence to a connection hole of a sidewall member of the other pallet.

The invention is a resusable cover with integrated fasteners for transporting material on an industrial shipping rack which comprises a body. The body comprises an upper main flap distinguished from a rear panel section at an upper flap fold line. Similarly, the rear panel section is distinguished from a right panel section at a right panel section fold line and the rear panel section is additionally distinguished from a left panel section at a left panel section fold line. The right panel section is distinguished from a forward right panel section at a forward right panel section fold line and the left panel section is distinguished from a forward left panel section at a forward left panel section fold line.

There is provided a package of which package objective article is transferred to an up-and-down lift easily even if the package objective article is heavy.A package includes a base portion. The base portion includes a top face opening type of an outer box and a top face opening type of an inner box housed in the outer box. A beam is provided under the outer box. Four columns are arranged on four corners in the inner box. Two columns are arranged in the inner box. The base portion has a top board. The top board is supported by the columns, and is set in the inner box. A buffer member is set on the upper face of the top board. The buffer member acts as an article mounting portion. And, an upper face of the buffer member acts as an article mounting face. The article mounting face is positioned higher than a table face of an up-and-down lift.

A packaging container includes a pallet, an enclosure box, an enclosure base, a sheet, and a set of fasteners. The pallet carries the article thereon. The enclosure box rests on the pallet to enclose the article therewithin, and includes a top wall, first and second pairs of opposite side walls, an open bottom, and a first set of through-holes. The enclosure base lies between the article and the pallet to hold the article. The sheet extends across at least a portion of the pallet and the first pair of opposite side walls to secure the pallet to the enclosure box when fastened to the enclosure box, and includes a flat center panel, a pair of side flaps, and a second set of through-holes. The set of fasteners are passed through the first and second sets of through-holes to fasten the sheet to the enclosure box from outside the enclosure box.

An apparatus for distributing a load placed on top of a packaging unit is provided. The apparatus includes a set of molded plastic caps that fit over the upper ends of corner posts and a rectangular top frame mountable to the caps to evenly distribute the load across the entire cross sectional profile of the corner posts to prevent one or more of the posts from buckling or otherwise failing.
