Abstract:
A storage container includes a body, a lid, and two handles. The body defines a compartment between first and second side walls of the body. The compartment is accessible along a top end of the body. The first and second side walls include respective cavities that are recessed from exterior surfaces of the side walls via rims that define perimeters of the cavities. The lid is connected to the top end of the body and encloses the compartment when in a closed position. The two handles are tethered to the body via cords, and are configured to nest within the cavities of the corresponding side walls when not grasped by a person. First and second ends of the handles are configured to engage opposing portions of the corresponding rim to retain the handle nested in the cavity via an interference fit.
Abstract:
A packaging body includes a base on which a packaging target is placed, a box including first flaps and second flaps, and a binding body configured to bind the base and the box and disposed between the first flaps and the second flaps. The box has a rectangular shape and an upper opening portion and configured to cover a top face and side faces of the packaging target. The first flaps are disposed in pairs opposing to each other extending from opposite scorelines of the upper opening portion and including an opening through which an included object is inserted. The second flaps are disposed in pairs opposing to each other extending from different opposite scorelines of the upper opening portion and configured to be folded over the first flaps when the first flaps are folded. The first flaps further include partial flap portions.
Abstract:
There is provided a package of which package objective article is transferred to an up-and-down lift easily even if the package objective article is heavy.A package includes a base portion. The base portion includes a top face opening type of an outer box and a top face opening type of an inner box housed in the outer box. A beam is provided under the outer box. Four columns are arranged on four corners in the inner box. Two columns are arranged in the inner box. The base portion has a top board. The top board is supported by the columns, and is set in the inner box. A buffer member is set on the upper face of the top board. The buffer member acts as an article mounting portion. And, an upper face of the buffer member acts as an article mounting face. The article mounting face is positioned higher than a table face of an up-and-down lift.
Abstract:
A pallet-type support frame for transport and storage containers for liquids having an inner plastic container and an outer metal jacket has a sheet metal bottom for supporting the inner container. The bottom has a shape matched to the drainage bottom or the flat bottom of the inner container. Anti-slip support elements are arranged on the underside of the bottom such that the support frame rests with the support elements on gripping arms of a transport device. Alternatively, an anti-slip coating is provided on the underside of the bottom. The coating is engaged by gripping arms of the transport device when the support frame is transported. The support elements or anti-slip coatings are made of a material that is matched to a material of the gripping arms such that a friction coefficient as great as possible is provided between the support elements or anti-slip coatings and the gripping arms.
Abstract:
A collapsible pallet 10 includes a pallet base 12 and a plurality of elongated collapsible or foldable support members 30 connected to the pallet base 12. Each of the collapsible support members 30 are foldably connected to the lower surface 16 of the pallet base 12. The collapsible pallet 10 also includes support means for maintaining the collapsible support members 30 in upright position by holding the walls of the support member 30 separate. The collapsible pallet 10 may be stored and/or transported in its collapsed configuration, and then rapidly converted to its upright position by deploying the support means. The support means may take the form of foldable support flaps 42 which fold into the support members 30, or support blocks 52 which may be inserted within the support members 30.
Abstract:
A pallet and container combination of the type wherein the container is formed from a one-piece corrugated paperboard blank and is attached to the pallet. The container is collapsible and lies flat against the pallet in the knocked down configuration. The container is of the flanged tube type with at least one end of the container, being its bottom end, provided with foldable end flaps, each end flap extending from a respective side wall of the container and joined thereto by a fold defining score line. One of the bottom end flaps, termed a fixing flap, is provided with two score lines defining two fold axes and is stapled to the upper surface of the pallet. After erecting the knocked down container, the remaining three bottom flaps are then likewise stapled to the pallet. The container bottom is partially open. The container is storable in either one of two collapsed configurations, corresponding to the two score lines of the fixing flap. By this construction, a minimum of paperboard is employed, the pallet performing the function of a bottom panel in the erected combination. If desired, the upper end of the tube may also be provided with flaps, providing greater bulge resistance and/or for closing the container.
Abstract:
A shipping container for appliances or the like comprises in combination an outer container element and a base pad element. The outer container element includes scored bottom closure flaps which are folded to provide integral skid type runners at the bottom thereof and the base pad element is formed from a cut and scored blank that is folded to produce a triple thick construction which is secured to the appliance or the like.
