摘要： A machine for dusting a shape with particulate matter, the shape being a profiled roof tile including raised patterns extending in the lengthwise direction thereof, and including raised portions laterally separated from hollow portions by sloped portions, the tile having a predetermined width, and being preferably corrugated, the machine including a dusting element forming a homogeneous linear curtain of particulate matter falling across the width of the tile, the tile travelling longitudinally under the linear curtain. Deflectors of the curtain are arranged above the tile to intercept the particulate matter above the areas at the bottom of the sloped portions and redistribute the intercepted particulate matter towards an intermediate level of each corresponding sloped portion in order for the amount of particulate matter on the surface of the plate ultimately to be substantially homogeneous after a portion of intercepted particulate matter has slid towards the bottom of the sloped portion.

摘要： A fastener for a corrugated sheet includes a cylindrical assembly including elongated, plate shaped fastening members assembled as a hollow cylinder. Each fastening member is tapered to one end to form a hook at one end and having a curved groove on an outer surface, and a curved trough on the outer surface at the other end of the fastening member. The curved troughs are assembled to form an annular recess. A retainer ring is secured to the annular recess. A ring-shaped elastic member is secured to the curved groove. A first sealing member is put on the retainer ring. A threaded bolt driven through a washer, the retainer ring, and the fastening member. An expansion nut has a multi-sided outer surface and is moveably secured to the threaded bolt.

摘要： The invention relates to a surface covering system intended for a surface in the form of a wet room floor, a roof or another substantially flat, delimited surface which is exposed to water and needs drainage, and to methods for preparing such a system. The surface covering system comprises at least one plate with a mark showing a drainage point and a substantially flat lower surface and an upper surface with a first decline towards the mark. The invention is characterised by that the first decline is circular and has a radial slope (α) directed towards the mark from every point on the at least one plate. The decline creates a cavity in the plate in the shape of at least a part of a blunt virtual cone with the apex of the cone directed towards the mark, achieving a modular surface covering system with an even circular decline.

摘要： A rail mounting system is provided for mounting and supporting skylights and/or other structures to rib elevations of a metal panel roofing system. The rail mounting system includes first and second side rails which can be mounted to the rib elevations of the metal panel roof. Each side rail includes a riser, an upper flange extending from the riser, and a bottom shoulder structure extending from the riser. The bottom shoulder structure can be mounted to a rib elevation of the roofing system. The upper flange provides a top bearing surface for supporting one side of a skylight, or run of skylights, or other structures, which are supported from the roof by the rail mounting system. The rib elevations to which the side rails are mounted provide structural support for the skylight or skylights supported thereon for substantially the entire length of the skylight or skylights or other supported structure.

摘要： The invention provides an environment-accessing structure for providing environmental access to the interior of a building through an aperture in the roof. The environment-accessing structure can provide natural day-lighting by use of a skylight lens as the closure member, or a smoke vent which can be opened and closed. Such smoke vent can be transparent or translucent to natural sunlight, or can be opaque. Such environment-accessing structure is installed in an aperture in a metal roof. The system limits opportunity for water leakage from the outside environment. The environment-accessing structure includes a rail and closure structure adapted to be supported by adjacent rib elevations of adjacent roof panels, a closure panel adapted to be supported on the rail and closure structure, and a diverter which seals a cut away portion of the rib structure and diverts water laterally away from the rail and closure structure.

摘要： Exterior building siding for aesthetic and protection of the building against wind, rain and solar energy by attaching each horizontal plank from the top of the wall downwardly that includes a starting strip where each plank is interlocked to the plank above it. Each of the horizontal planks includes a top wall portion that fits snuggly into an “L-shaped” groove above it so that the panels can be firmly locked together vertically in a downwardly fashion to prevent any wind uplift against the siding or moisture intrusion. In the preferred embodiment, an adaptor strip is bonded to a conventional siding plank for trap lock engagement. Each adaptor strip has a longitudinal recess to reduce mass and volume and a mid panel support for strength.
