    摘要： An alternative design for a cabin or a house which utilizes an arched shape to provide a significantly stronger overall structure. The design includes a first roofing structure, a second roofing structure, a planar base, and a ridge beam. The planar base makes up the flooring for the cabin. The ridge beam is positioned parallel to and offset to the planar base to join and support the first roofing structure and the second roofing structure. The first roofing structure and the second roofing structure are positioned opposite to each other across the bridge beam and each includes a plurality of arched beams and a plurality of roofing boards. The arched beams are distributed along the bridge beam and are connected in between the bridge beam and the planar base. The roofing boards are distributed across and mounted to the arched beams to make up the roof of the cabin.

    摘要： Improvements a roof tile with an integrated riser is disclosed. The roof tile with integrated riser has the shape and color to provide a similar appearance to the original tiles. The integrated riser provides a support and complete sealing to prevent intrusion from water through the riser. The riser can be formed by insert casting the riser into the roof tile, or can be bonded into a pocket in the roof tile. The composition of the roof tiles can be adjusted to reduce how brittleness of the tile. The roof tile is secured to the roof sheeting and studs. Filler material in the tile composition can also provide additional sealing capability to nails or screws that are used to secure the roof tile. The roof tile is a simpler installation that does not require removal of a large number of tiles from the existing roof.

    摘要： Disclosed is a panel for installation with similar adjacent top, bottom and side panels to form a roof having the appearance of a wooden shake roof. The panel has a generally rectangular panel body with an irregular surface of generally trapezoidal shake-like modules of different heights and widths, which surface is symmetrical only about the lateral center line of the panel. The modules at the ends of the panel body are configured to overlap with an end module of an adjacent side panel. The panel also features a nose flange extending downwardly from the front edge of the panel body which is irregularly configured so that the nose flange bottom edge is adapted to abut the panel body of an adjacent bottom panel. A rear upstand extends upwardly from the rear edge of the panel body and is irregularly configured so that the front surface of the rear upstand is adapted to mate with the nose flange rear surface of an adjacent top panel. Extending rearwardly from the top edge of the rear upstand is a back flange which is irregularly configured so that its top surface is adapted to mate with the bottom surface of the panel body of an adjacent top panel.
