    摘要: A conductive contact includes a contacting member and a resilient member. The contacting member includes a contacting component, a fastening component, and a rim. The fastening component includes a fastening neck, a guiding portion, and a blocking portion connected between the fastening neck and the guiding portion. A maximum width of the guiding portion is gradually decreased from a fixing end connected with the blocking portion to a free end opposite to the fixing end, and a thickness of the guiding portion is larger than that of the blocking portion. The rim is connected between the contacting component and the fastening neck. A maximum width of the fastening neck is less than that of the rim and the blocking portion. The resilient member slides through the guiding portion and the blocking portion to fixedly sleeve on the fastening neck.

The contact probe assembly may also include a cap having at least one o-ring. The cap may be configured to interconnect with the second end of the barrel such that the o-ring seals a gap between the plunger and the barrel. The contact probe assembly may have a plug that may be adapted to be removably received by the first opening of the barrel. The plug may be configured to seal the first opening.

    摘要: The present invention is embodied in a submersible electrical cable connector having a cable-side connector assembly and a receptacle-side connector assembly. In a preferred embodiment, the cable-side connector assembly includes a generally circular printed circuit board having individual pin assemblies, each pin assembly having its own spring-loaded mechanism. The pin assemblies provide for an electrical connection between the cable-side connector assembly and the receptacle-side connector assembly. The printed circuit board also includes an oil valve that allows oil to flow between the cable-side connector assembly and the receptacle-side connector assembly when the two connector assemblies are coupled together. The cable-side connector assembly additionally includes a cap having a bleed valve that allows a user to remove air trapped within the submersible electrical cable connector when it is filled with oil.

    摘要: A contact signal block for facilitating connections between test equipment and a device under test (DUT) is described. The contact signal block includes a plurality of ground layers and a plurality of signal transmission layers disposed between and alternating with the ground layers. Each signal transmission layer includes a plurality of signal conductors. Each signal conductor forms a controlled-impedance transmission line with adjacent ground layers and is terminated at a first end in a plurality of signal spring probes. A plurality of non-conductive spacer structures separates the ground layers and signal transmission layers and maintains a substantially constant separation between the ground layers and the signal conductors. The ground layers and the signal conductors are primarily separated by a medium having a loss tangent of approximately 0.002 and a dielectric constant of less than about 1.5.

    摘要: A connector is disclosed for providing power to a pump from a circuit in an ABS braking unit. The electrical connector includes a generally cylindrical housing having first and second ends and a length corresponding to the perpendicular distance between the circuit and the pump. In one embodiment, the first end includes a plurality of pins resiliently mounted therein and electronically connected to the second end. The pins are adapted to resiliently engage a corresponding plurality of pads mounted on the circuit for transmitting power to the second end. In a second embodiment, the second end of the connector also includes a plurality of pins resiliently mounted therein and adapted to engage a corresponding plurality of pads mounted on the pump for receiving power transmitted from the first end.
