    摘要: In a lead forming apparatus for a semiconductor device, a holder holds a semiconductor device with leads to be formed, the semiconductor device having leads extending from a package. Two die assemblies (for bending, for cutting, or the like) are set in parallel, each including top and bottom dies matched with each other. A mover changes relative distance between the two die assemblies. The top and bottom dies in the two die assemblies are positioned so the leads of the semiconductor device held on the holder are between the dies.

    摘要: A front end of a loop of a wire fed out to a nose (6) by a binding wire feeding mechanism (1) is pinched by a clamp plate (28) of a binding wire clamping apparatus (25) and the wire is pulled back by driving to rotate reversely a feeding motor (13) of the binding wire feeding mechanism (1). When the wire is brought into close contact with a reinforcing bar (S) and a load of the feeding motor is increased to thereby increase a drive current by a constant amount, a control apparatus stops the feeding motor. Thereafter, the binding wire clamping apparatus (25) is rotated to twist the binding wire to bind the reinforcing bar. Since the wire is pulled back and a length of the wire is automatically adjusted in accordance with a diameter of the reinforcing bar, a state of finishing to bind the reinforcing bar is made to be uniform and also an amount of consuming the wire is reduced.

    摘要: An arrangement for producing a blank made of metal powder, preferably titanium powder, intended for a dental crown or other product for the human body (spacer, dentine, implant, etc.) comprises at least one first apparatus for powder compression and at least one second apparatus with one or more elastic molds having at least one cavity for a punch (block) and the powder used in the initial stage. The first apparatus comprises a machine operating by impact compaction, and said mold or molds is/are arranged, when the cavity is filled with starting powder, to receive impacts effected by the impaction members in the machine and, as a function of the impact or impacts, to generate an isostatic action during the compression/compaction. The invention also relates to a device, method and use and permits a rapid production procedure while maintaining the current requirements in respect of precision and quality.

Either tool is alternately capable of being fixed or being a pivot for rotation of the bending head therearound. The device also includes a mechanical device for feeding the wire axially in one direction or another; a mechanical device for rotatably driving the bending tools, in two different directions, about an axis of either bending tool; and a mechanical device for shifting the bending tools in a plane perpendicular to the axis about which the bending tools can rotate. There can be calculating controller for managing simultaneously the operation of the mechanical devices, so that the movements generated by the wire and bending tools are superposed.

    摘要: A robotic bending apparatus for bending archwires and other types of elongate, bendable medical devices into a desired configuration includes a first gripping tool and a moveable gripping tool. The first gripping tool can be either fixed with respect to a base or table for the robot or positioned at the end of robot am. The moveable gripping tool is mounted to the end of a moveable robot arm having a proximal portion also mounted to the base. The robot preferably comprises a six axis bending robot, in which the distal end of the moveable arm can move relative to the fixed gripping tool about three translational axes and three rotational axes. The gripping tools preferably incorporate force sensors which are used to determine overbends needed to get the desired final shape of the archwire. The robot may also include a resistive heating system in which current flows through the wire while the wire is held in a bent condition to heat the wire and thereby retain the bent shape of the wire. A magazine for holding a plurality of straight archwires needing to be bent and a conveyor system for receiving the wires after the bending process is complete are also described. The robot bending system is able to form archwires with any required second and third order bends quickly and with high precision. As such, it is highly suitable for use in a precision appliance-manufacturing center manufacturing a large number of archwires (or other medical devices or appliances) for a distributed base of clinics.

The central bore allows a length of the wire, determined and controlled by the wire feeding device, to extend therethrough so as to allow tools on the tool sets to operate on the wire for forming a wire product. The wire holding device is selectively driven by means of for example a motor to rotate the wire about its own central axis and make a desired angular displacement in a controlled manner so as to facilitate the manufacturing of the wire product.

    摘要: A stamping and bending machine (10) has upper and lower horizontal supports (18, 16) in each of which are formed two longitudinal chambers (80) which open out through broad longitudinal slits (86) on opposite sides of the horizontal supports (16, 18).
