摘要: The invention provides an automotive lighting device with a circuit support, an optics support, a holder support and a microlenses support. The optics support includes optical elements, each one being arranged in front of one of the solid-state light sources of the printed circuit board. The optics support further includes positioning protrusions configured to fit the positioning housings of the circuit support. The holder support includes a plurality of opaque walls, a first coupler and a second coupler. Each opaque wall is located between two optical elements. The microlenses support includes a plurality of groups of microlenses, each group having a plurality of microlenses arranged to receive the light projected by one optical elements. The first coupler is configured to couple the holder support to the circuit support. The second coupler is intended to retain the microlenses support.

摘要: A method for joining a lens to a housing of a lighting device of a motor vehicle, in which the housing is accommodated and secured in a receptacle device. The method includes accommodating the lens in a pre-centering device, aligning the lens towards the housing during an alignment procedure and accommodating the lens by a holding device after the alignment procedure. The method further includes holding the lens by the holding device during a subsequent joining process, releasably attaching the holding device to the pre-centering device, aligning, via fastening elements, during the alignment procedure and moving the accommodated lens and the holding device attached to the pre-centering device relative to the receptacle device such that the lens and the holding device are aligned on the housing accommodated in the receptacle device.

A light guide is provided with at least one hollow seat that delimits a continuous perimetral contour, counter-shaped to the weld interface. The light guide comprises diffusion elements that pass through the perimetral contour of the seat of the light guide internally, so as to intercept and influence the light beams that propagate inside the seat and that are shaped to expand the light beams along a direction substantially tangent to the curvilinear abscissa defining the perimetral contour, before it projects from the light output wall and/or at the latter.

摘要: Lamp assemblies for illuminating interior or exterior spaces of a vehicle are provided. In one implementation, a lamp assembly includes a housing having a frame, the housing being adapted to at least partially cover a light device installed within the housing. Light radiating from the light device passes through an opening in the frame. The lamp assembly further includes a lens adapted to be removably connected to the frame of the housing. When connected to the housing, the lens is adapted to refract the light radiating from the light device through the opening in the frame. When the lens is connected to the frame of the housing, a shortest path between the light device and the lens is defined by a z-axis. The lens may include one or more slide components to allow the lens to slide into or onto the frame along an x-axis that is perpendicular to the z-axis.

摘要: A vehicle light having a container body having a first perimetral profile, a lenticular body, having a second perimetral profile, wherein the first and second perimetral profile of the container body and the lenticular body are at least partially counter-shaped to each other in order to interface at a welding interface of an abutment edge of the lenticular body. The container body delimits a containment seat that houses a light source and the lenticular body is applied to the container body so as to close the containment seat. A redirection surface is adapted to receive laser beams, to concentrate and reflect them towards the welding interface. The redirection surface is arranged on an inner face of the abutment edge, the inner face facing the containment seat and incident with the welding interface. A method of making the vehicle light is also disclosed.
