    摘要: A cable assembly includes a cable and a cable mounting clamp. The cable mounting clamp includes a base removably connectable to a surface. The base may include a tab removably insertable into an aperture defined in the surface and a lock releasably connectable to the surface. The base further includes an outer body which defines an inner channel and a support ramp disposed within the inner channel, the inner channel extending along a longitudinal axis. The cable mounting clamp further includes a cap connectable to the base to further define the inner channel therebetween. The cable mounting clamp further includes a roller tube disposed within the inner channel and rotatably mounted on the support ramp, the roller tube rotatable about the longitudinal axis.

    摘要: A clamp assembly includes a housing having an attachment surface defining a keyed slot. The keyed slot includes a first pair of recesses extending in a first direction and a second pair of recesses extending in a second direction. The attachment surface includes an outwardly extending protrusion. The assembly includes a clamp having a main body including an intermediate portion positioned between distal and proximate end portions, and a connection portion extending outwardly from the intermediate portion. The connection portion is configured to be inserted within the keyed slot in an insertion direction. The clamp is configured to be received within the keyed slot and rotatable between an engaged and disengaged position. In the engaged position the connection portion engages the first pair of recesses to inhibit movement in an extraction direction and the proximate end portion abuts the protrusion to inhibit rotation of the clamp to the disengaged position.

    摘要: The method for producing bindings includes: positioning at least one binding bobbin on a machine having: a winding bobbin including a device for supporting and a notch, an electric motor which is coupled to the winding bobbin; and at least one shaft capable of receiving a binding bobbin, supporting a free end of the binding of the binding bobbin on the winding bobbin, by the device for supporting; supplying electricity to the electric motor of the machine to drive the winding bobbin in rotation, so as to wind the binding of the binding bobbin over a plurality of turns around the winding bobbin; stopping the supply of electricity to the electric motor of the machine; and in the region of the notch of the winding bobbin, cutting the plurality of turns of bindings wound onto the winding bobbin.

    摘要: A wire harness 10 has a sheathing material 21 that is flexible and covers wires 11, a path-regulating member 31 for regulating a path along which the wires 11 are arranged from outside of the sheathing material 21, the path-regulating member 31 having an axial direction parallel to the path along which the wires 11 are arranged, and an intermediate clamp 41. The intermediate clamp 41 has a support portion 51 for supporting the path-regulating member 31, and an attachment portion 61 with a ring-shaped structure for attaching the sheathing material 21. The attachment portion 61 has an insertion portion 62 that enables the sheathing material 21 to be inserted therefrom in a radial direction of the ring-shaped structure. The attachment portion 61 can be changed between an open orientation that enables the sheathing material to be inserted from the insertion portion 62, and a closed orientation that makes the ring-shaped structure into a continuous ring shape. The closed orientation is formed by locking structures, which include a first locking structure 63 and a second locking structure 64 that are arranged separately from each other in the axial direction of the ring-shaped structure.
