Abstract:
A loudspeaker having a first magnet configured to output a first magnetic field in a first magnet gap, an elongate armature extending through the first magnet gap, a first coil configured to generate a magnetic flux in the armature, a first diaphragm, a first element configured to transfer force and/or movement from the armature to the first diaphragm, a base and a first and a second support element, the first support element connecting the armature to the base at a first longitudinal position at a first side of a predetermined portion along the length of the armature, and the second support element connecting the armature to the base at a second longitudinal position at a second, opposite side of the predetermined portion. The base may flex between a U-shape and an inverted U-shape and may thus provide force to move the diaphragm.
Abstract:
Coaxial loudspeaker arrangement with an outer diaphragm (21) for operating in a lower frequency range, an inner diaphragm (23) for operating in a higher frequency range, both located in a common loudspeaker frame (10), with an outer voice coil (22) connected to the outer diaphragm (21), an inner voice coil (24) connected to the inner diaphragm (23), two coaxially arranged magnets (31, 32), and ferrite cores (41, 42, 43) in association with the magnets, wherein the voice coils (22, 24) extend into air gaps (51, 52) between the ferrite cores, and the diaphragms are connected to the loudspeaker frame (10) through flexible suspending elements (1 1-14). In the proposed loudspeaker, an inner core (41) and an outer core (42) separated from each other by an inner air gap (52), is located between an outer magnet (31) and an inner magnet (32); one ferrite core (43a) of the outer magnet (31) is separated by an outer air gap (51) from the outer core (42) located between the two magnets, wherein the voice coil (22) of the outer diaphragm (21) extends into the outer air gap (51) and the voice coil (24) of the inner diaphragm (23) extends into the inner air gap (52).
Abstract:
A diaphragm arrangement includes a middle foaming layer defining a first flat surface and an opposed flat surface, a first layer overlapped on the first flat surface of the middle foaming layer, and a second layer overlapped on the second flat surface of the middle foaming layer to form a flat speaker diaphragm which is arranged to mount at an opening of a supporting frame of a speaker.
Abstract:
The present disclosure provides a compound membrane and an acoustic device including such a compound membrane. The compound membrane includes a polyethylene terephthalate film, and a thermoplastic polyurethance elastomer attached to one surface of the polyethylene terephthalate film.
Abstract:
A speaker diaphragm which includes a woven cloth which contains a thermosetting resin of thermo-cured state, and a paper board bonded and integrated with the woven cloth at the back surface. The woven cloth has its weave texture exposed on the front surface. The diaphragm has a high strength because it is made with a woven cloth; furthermore, its hardness is high because the thermosetting resin impregnated in woven cloth is in thermo-cured state. Thus the diaphragm helps implementing a speaker which demonstrates superior vibration characteristics in the high frequency sound region.
Abstract:
Ring-shaped membrane for an electro-acoustical loudspeaker, where said membrane comprises two or more dome-shaped annulus concentrically arranged around a central portion through which an imaginary axis of symmetry passes, where an outer periphery of said membrane is suitable to be attached to a surround; where the central portion is attached to a tower, which again is fastened to the loudspeakers driver, wherein the angle between a plane being perpendicular to the axis of symmetry and the attachment of the membrane to the surround resp. the tower is in the interval 0° to 40°, most preferred around 30°.
Abstract:
A diaphragm for acoustic converter includes a base and a damping layer formed on one surface or both surfaces of the base. The damping layer includes a particle having a heat dissipating function, and has detachability with respect to the base.
Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a diaphragm that may be used with a mechanical-to-acoustical transducer. The diaphragm may include a layer of optically clear film, a damping layer and another layer of optically clear film. The damping layer may be an adhesive. The diaphragm may also comprise two optically clear films, optionally including a damping layer, wherein the films indicate a desired coefficient of linear thermal expansion in one or both of the machine and transverse directions.
