摘要: The present invention provides a method for preparing double-layered bursting beads with milk tea flavor comprising: preparing inner and/or outer shell forming solutions for inner and/or outer shells of the bursting beads; preparing inner and/or outer core material solutions for inner and/or outer core materials of the bursting beads; preparing inner and/or outer shell curing solutions for inner and/or outer shells of the bursting beads; adding the inner core material solution into the inner shell forming solution, incubating, curing in the inner shell curing solution, and filtering to obtain inner bursting beads; and adding the inner bursting beads and the outer core material solution into the outer shell forming solution, and curing in the outer shell curing solution to obtain the double-layered bursting beads. The present invention improves bursting ability, densification, product instability due to complex browning and precipitation between tea polyphenol and protein during storage, and mechanical properties thereof.

摘要: Brewing apparatus and methods have a body, a movable member in the body, concentric relatively sliding tubes or a tube and a rod. A first tube or rod is attached to the body. A second tube or rod is attached to the movable member. A substance is placed in the body. The body is lifted and lowered into a brewing vessel using the first tube. After brewing, the second tube lowers the movable member to compress the substance. The first member lifts the body and places it on a caddy stand. Cooperating projections, depressions, detents and receivers align and snap the body on the caddy stand with the body and tubes held vertically.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method for producing articles impregnated with at least one plant substance from at least one plant, characterized in that it comprises the following steps: a) Extraction and/or pressing of at least one plant (V1), or at least one part of said plant, producing a liquid plant extract (E1)) and a solid fibrous residue (R1), then b) Separation of said plant extract (E1) from said fibrous residue (R1), and c) Destructuring of said fibrous residue (R1), d) Production of a fibrous web or of an article made from the fibrous residue (R1) obtained in step c), and e) Impregnation of said fibrous residue (R1) with (i) at least said plant extract (E1), which is optionally concentrated, purified, flavored and/or fragranced, with (ii) at least one water-soluble or liposoluble plant substance isolated from said plant extract (E1), with (iii) at least one composition comprising at least one optionally concentrated, purified, flavored and/or fragranced water-soluble or liposoluble substance of said plant extract (E1), or with (iv) at least one plant extract (E2) or at least one composition comprising at least one optionally concentrated, purified, flavored and/or fragranced water-soluble or liposoluble substance of said plant extract (E2), resulting from an extraction or pressing of a plant (V2) different from said plant (V1).
