摘要： Therapy methods using pulsed cavitational ultrasound therapy can include the subprocesses of initiation, maintenance, therapy, and feedback of the histotripsy process, which involves the creation and maintenance of ensembles of microbubbles and the use of feedback in order to optimize the process based on observed spatial-temporal bubble cloud dynamics. The methods provide for the subdivision or erosion of tissue, liquification of tissue, and/or the enhanced delivery of therapeutic agents. Various feedback mechanisms allow variation of ultrasound parameters and provide control over the pulsed cavitational process, permitting the process to be tuned for a number of applications. Such applications can include specific tissue erosion, bulk tissue homogenization, and delivery of therapeutic agents across barriers.

The Kiddie Cover is placed over the top of a child seated in a baby carrier. The cover has a hole in the bottom. There is an opening which allows exposure of the infant's face. Once the Kiddie Cover is placed over a baby in it's carrier, the straps from the carrier are pulled through the two openings located on the front of the Kiddie Cover below the opening for the infant's face.

The car seat transport device may be adapted to carry any type of car seat. The device includes a harness having a lower strap and an upper strap, each strap having respective first and second ends. The lower strap may be adapted to extend through a lower slot in the car seat and the upper strap may be adapted to extend through an upper slot of the car seat. The upper strap may be attached to the lower strap and the first and second ends of the lower strap may be attached to each other. The harness may be a single piece with the upper strap being fixedly attached to the lower strap. The car seat transport device provides a remarkably easy to use and effective support system that permits hands-free carriage of the car seat from a person's body.

In use, the pouch is slipped up around the baby's legs such that the bottom portion of the baby extends into the pouch. The left arm extension is wrapped around the baby carrier such that the left arm extension passes to the right between the left and right shoulder straps of the baby carrier and the wearer. The right arm extension is wrapped around the baby carrier such that the right arm extension passes to the left between the two shoulder straps of the baby carrier and the wearer. The ends of the left and right arm extensions are then tied together at a location on the opposite side of the baby carrier with respect to the wearer.
