The head assembly may comprise a unique configuration suited for affixing and using a twin neckstand assembly, a foil cutter disk, a spring, and a helical extractor. The twin neckstand assembly may comprise fulcrum notches for providing leverage against a bottle rim to enhance the effectiveness of extracting a cork stopper from the bottle. As well, the twin neckstand assembly may comprise cap reliefs and cap hooks for providing leverage against a bottle cap edge, so as to enhance the effectiveness of its removal. The handle assembly may comprise a multi-part structure, comprising a handle, an offset tube, a central rod, and an end cap. In some embodiments, the handle may be provided in cylindrical-shaped form that can be turned on a lathe by a Do-It-Yourself woodworker.

The bottle opener includes an opening at a distal end which is sized and shaped to open a cap of a bottle. The bottle opener is slidingly received in the receiving slot of the lid surface so that a proximal end of the bottle opener covers the port and impedes passage of the liquid therethrough.

摘要： An inverted bottle holder intended to hold two bottles with necks upside down inside a container is described. The bottle holder includes a clip having an inner wall and an outer wall spaced to accept the exterior wall of the container in between, where the clip is formed at an arc corresponding to the arc of the exterior wall of the container, and a deck connected in a permanently fixed relationship to the clip and extending into the container. The deck includes two apertures each sized to accept the neck of one of the bottles, such that each bottle is held upside down in the container when inserted into the aperture. In addition the bottle holder may include an integral bottle opener in either the single bottle or double bottle designs.
